Size of the room and bed, was also very clean and the shower was very good which is rare for thailand. access to check in, there is no official desk

The location in the city. Many of the rooms have no view at all but a wall. No way to go on the balcony with a noisy air conditioning. We could hear the people talking and many noise in the room next door. No entrance at all, just a corridor in a restaurant. The poor lady who cleans works in the corridors to greet the guests. She was nice and helpful though. The place is deceiving right when you arrive.

The location is good The entrance is very difficult to find, there is no reception so it is very difficult to check in

Good location staff cleaned room when I needed, and overall good stay with nice balcony :) would be happy to stay again

The location was ok We explained to them about having a lot of luggage yet they still decided to put us on the top floor no one helped us with our bags was quite hard to find and wen we was checking in there was 4 other people checking in 2 were lads who was on the 1st floor who said they would swap rooms as they was the same room but they had just hand luggage but the lady would y have it was them moaning cos we asked for a clean towel there a lot better hotels in the area cheaper are friend was staying in 1 nearby for cheaper but her room wasn’t ready so she cone to ours they tried charging her to sit in the rooom ?

Rooms are above restaurant and there is noise until closing hour... Room is decent, nothing special, nothing so bad

The price though amazing and the rooms spacious, the location in the street is close to everything, 10 min to the beach, had all you needed right in the street. 1/3 rooms we had, had great lighting and was very comfortable. New water bottles everyday and soap. the common grounds of the hotel are full of trash and smell really bad. There is no lobby or staff around so anything you need is by texting the property. There was a lot of cleaning needed all around. Room 201 had a burst springs and was extremely uncomfortable, and the balcony was full of trash and cigarettes. The rooms was barely cleaned in the 7 days i stayed there and the shower in one room flooded constantly and I was saw the housekeeper fold the clean sheets in the corridor floor that was very dirty. And the rooms in the back eoth now street view are not shown in the booking pictures. Simple things, very easy to fix even though the stay was at an excellent price.

It needs updates, deep cleaning. Replacement of old furniture and facilties. Some fresh paint.

Good quiet location Staff The lovely owners of the restaurant on the ground floor ( meals, information and also sell tours) Many restaurants, tour operators, etc. On that street 10 - 15 min walk to night market 20 minutes walk to lively area of AAO Nang Entrance hall way The stairs - I have a big heavy suitcase. The lovely cleaning lady helped me get it up and down from my room

The room was spacious and we had a balcony. The location was okay, around 15 min walk to Ao Nang night market and around 10 to 15 from the beach. We didn’t have hot water the first day we checked it. They came to fix it at 8pm and we didn’t know they were gonna come. It was quite hard to find the girl to ask for something. The kettle wasn’t working when we checked in but they changed it for another one that did. The shower drain was clogged so you showered in a puddle.

Great hotel room and very helpful staff. There is an affordable restaurant downstairs with delicious food.

It's a great choice for solo travelers, friends and couples on a budget It'd have been great if there was a chair that could be used to work for hours on a desk. The only inconvenience was that I had to keep the window closed all the time otherwise I'd be totally exposed

Location, restaurants near, soft bed. Stay for one night ok. No lift, you need to go up 4 floors. Not clean in stairs, furniture looks old, safe made of mdf.

Location. No reception, you deal with the restaurant owners out front. Plumbing issues have existed for two days. loud construction noise. Restaurant patrons' conversation heard in the room. (2nd floor)

Location is excellent.Clean and staff is friendly ?? plenty restaurants and 7 eleven 2 at the doorsteps !!
