Location is right in the centre of the city. Very comfortable system to get access to the room. Sounds isolating isn’t working at all. You will hear everything what’s happening out the hotel, cars, trams and people. Also, the room wasn’t clean enough, a few strange stains on the carpet.

The location is amazing. However, the hallway to the receptionist is very dark. The apartment is also very not noise proof, making it super loud at night. When the trams or big cars passing the street, i could feel the vibration, which was not very nice.

Brilliant location close to everything 10 min walk to main square Unmanned reception, very basic , very noisy with trams and traffic which shook the room from 330 am to midnight

Near to every interesting places. Walk to the main square for new year. Lack of facilities like receptionist. However the receptionist at Leone Hotel was very helpful. Thank you to both receptionist, they allow me to have rest before check in as I arrive earlier than the check in time. Not much energy to look around because I arrive at Krakow early morning.

The location is excellent, with all important spots within easy reach. Breakfast was served at another hotel 10 minutes away, but it was good, and the staff there was very friendly. Additionally, when we accidentally tried to enter the wrong building upon returning (due to Google Maps not updating our position and us only orienting at the intercom device), a staff member quickly came to help. He was very polite and helpful – thank you for that! Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by several issues. Upon arrival, we found a dirty room: crumbs on the table and floor, a filthy sink, and dirty towels. The carpet was heavily stained, as were the mattress and bedsheets, with visible blood and urine stains – overall, it was disgusting. Despite reporting the issues and being assured that the room would be cleaned the next day, only the crumbs were removed, and the dirty towels were taken away but not replaced. The bed itself consisted of two mattresses stacked directly on top of each other without a bed frame or slatted base. Additionally, the fire alarm went off every night around 10:00 PM, an ongoing issue that seemingly hasn’t been resolved. Calling the 24-hour service number only resulted in being told they were aware and would switch it off. Someone will likely respond to this review with an apology and a promise to regain our trust. However, these feel like empty words, as there seems to be no real effort to make improvements. Outrageous! A disaster at any price, especially by European standards.

Convenient location! Breakfast was in 5-7 minutes walking distance, different place but it worths to walk!
