Location very close to city centre Very disappointing stay.I arrived around midnight, and I was given ground floor room without air conditioning despite the outside temperature being around 30°C. The room was unbearably hot. When I asked the receptionist for help,he said he couldn't do anything. He didn't even give a fan and told me to open the windows. Unfortunately, the traffic noise from the outside made it impossible for my daughter and me to sleep. The next morning, someone knocked on our door and then opened them without our permission because the door lock was broken and couldn't be locked from inside. He said there was a reported issue with the refrigerator but entering un occupied without consent is completely unacceptable.Poor customer service, a broken door lock and uncomfortable conditions made this is terrible experience.I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Quite comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location All good. I would ask to have a lower temperature in a tiny refrigerator (or I could not figure out how to lower it :-) )

The Staff were beyond Phenomenal! The Filipina cleaning staff were amazingly efficient, clean and just plain fun! honored every request. The young adult college student staff were polite, respectful, informative, fun and responsive to every request!!! Everything! The location was right on this one street. 2 minute walk to train station. 2 minute walk to a tram. Restaurants nearby. I got my hair coloured & cut next door. I got a mani-pedi across the street. I ate at MooMoo Steak Place. I caught the meeting piping in 5 short, quick minutes to Salt Mines & The next day Auschwitz. So easy. So comfortable everything was on this street which i needed!

Location The photos and room they gave me was not matched at all. Floor covered embedded carpet which is not good for hygiene. My window was locked to only open as upside not completely. Air circulation... nope they said safety measures. However other rooms windows were not counted as i see... they were wide open. Only my room was locked. Price and performans based not fit. Hope they can change somethings.

For me the location was everything about this property. It's just a short direct walk from the Old Town, but more importantly, it's located just next to Krakow Grzegorski train station which connects directly with Krakow Airport at a cost of less than 5 euro each way, and just across the street from Starosislna tram stop which connects directly to Tauron Arena. A 24hr reception with friendly & helpful receptionists desk facilitates a late check-in. Apartment was spotlessly clean & spacious consisting of a lounge with kitchen facilities (fridge, cooker, & sink) and a separate bedroom with en-suite shower & toilet. Despite being so close to a train station, I found there was no intrusive noise. Breakfast is available with a good choice of fare buffet style; freshly cooked omelettes, scrambled eggs, & porridge are also available on request. However, breakfast is not served on-site - rather in a restaurant in another property. For those who may have mobility issues, be aware that there is no elevator in the property and access to upper floors is solely via stairs. TV screens are quite small and offer a very limited choice of free-to-air channels. The breakfast restaurant is 10-15 minutes walk away; fine when the weather's clement - perhaps not so in wintertime. Whilst there was a wall-mounted vanity mirror in the lounge area of my apartment, there was no bathroom mirror. A wash-basin mirror is simply an essential in any property!

Location was excellent near old town Shower head not adjustable and would spray straight at the opposite wall so it had to be held. Bathroom window only had privacy cover half way up. Kitchenette only had cups and cutlery, no pans to cook with. Fridge was very noisy. Room was too warm and air conditioning didn’t work. When asked told it wasn’t available. Safe didn’t work, they put batteries in, but had to be fixed by myself. Beds were uncomfortable. Advertised they would give extra things, but when asked they didn’t have extras such as earplugs which were required because of the noise of the room. Windows had to be open for the heat in the room. Next to a main train tracks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Krakow.

The location was within walking distance to many restaurants, the Jewish Quarter, the Old City and public transport. The bedroom was very spacious. The Friday night was a little noisy with everyone being excited for the weekend, but the rest of the weekend was reasonably quiet. Just the odd person being a bit noisy when arriving home. I think the pillows could do with a bit of an upgrade.
