Best thing that every hotel should have is the Water fountain in the floor hallway for people to get as needed. Europe was in a big heatwave and the fountain is what i think "human" without putting pressure to pay for water that in many cases are over 15 EUR / small bottle (not this hotel didnt check to be honest). Breakfast was plentiful as expected, room was comfy, spacious, clean. Location i think is one of the many best spots in town to have - walking distance to city center - 20-30 min, grocery store across the hotel in case you forgot a razor, and or something else. This is a hard one, maybe my neighbors, they had i think a small gathering - dont know if they were playing cards or something else but they seteled after a while. The tram sometimes is loud if you have the window open to get some fresh air.

Loved how convenient it was for all types of public transport- so close to the train station and lots of options for buses and trams. Short walks to the centre and all the main tourist destinations. Lots of choice regarding cafés and restaurants nearby. Loved having a Biedronka (mini market) on the doorstep so we got fruit, pastries, snacks and drinks all the time so never needed to use their breakfast buffet. Room was well presented and clean- no noise issues from guests or outside as we had a window facing the courtyard. Pillows were awful- so soft, flat and ddly shaped.

Everything - this hotel was clean, friendly, great location and the staff was lovely. We did not eat at the restaurant but did enjoy happy hour! Would absolutely stay again if ever i'm lucky enough to return!! I have nothing negative.

Started with a lovely welcome, then to our surprise we were upgraded to the best room in the hotel !! Fantastic.. the room was exceptional.. The food in the restaurant was top-notch and so reasonable! The staff were great from reception to the cleaning staff ..The position of the hotel was great for any guided tours we went on ..I would definitely return to this hotel again 10/10 Everything about this hotel is excellent
