The hotel is superb. The garden is very nice and also a diversified and good breakfast. The room had a portable ac which made a lot of noise, even in the sleep mode

Decor and cleanliness. Although they provide tea/coffee in rooms they didn't provide milk for the tea. When we asked on arrival for some we were told that they have none. Furniture on balcony needs replacing. No fridge in room. One lady on the reception in the evening was lovely but the rest need to attend a customer service course! Location is approx 25 mins walk to the squares.

Location. Such a quiet place in the city centre! Specious room for three of us. Very comfortable bed! N/A

This was booked for my parents and they loved their stay They didn't complain about anything
-
well-maintained facilities spacious rooms good wifi enough parking space good breakfast night tables too far from bed shower cabin very narrow location - need to walk about 1km to the Old City center with no public transportation option the restaurant (said to be excellent) was closed

It was a very central location , very clean and breakfast was great!

Everything about my stay here was ideal – the location, the environment, the contemporary fixtures and atmosphere. This boutique-y hotel was a great spot, very quiet and serene, being tucked away from the main square. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Krakow. It's very minor, but the shower area was very small and there wasn't a practical location to place my belongings within the shower (like a shelf).

The art and designs are amazing, the location was perfect.
-
Nothing! Very minor detail: the rooms aren't very insulated so you might hear some hallway noise. This didn't bother us because it's not a big hotel.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. The staff was great and breakfast was excellent. We were driving a 7 passenger van (difficult to fit in most garages in Europe), so the onsite parking was an awesome bonus. There was some outside noise with the windows open but overall, fairly quiet.
-
While the rooms are reasonably priced, the restaurant is super expensive.

It is a beautiful hotel richly and creatively decorated. Just looking out at the garden covered in snow was a great experience. Excellent power points in the room. It was very clean. The staff were helpful and efficient. The price was very good for what you got. The room smelled of smoke. The “balcony” was on the ground. The bathroom was clean but tiny and provided no privacy with the silly see through half door. Breakfast was very limited. Not too far but not close to anything.

The room was very comfortable for our last night in Krakow. Having on-site parking was a huge benefit in the area and not having to rely on street parking. The breakfast was very good and offered numerous choices. The heat never got warm enough, even when turned all the way up. We felt as if there was a draft, even though one could not be felt.

And the stuff most of the time The breakfast was very nice. The restaurant staff is very kind. I asked for a double bed and got two mattresses pushed together! It was really uncomfortable to sleep on. I wanted to buy water, they told me that a bottle of water costs 30 zlotys.. I think it's a bit excessive.

Very beautiful inside and out Nothing

It is a very cozy hotel, staff very friendly. Breakfast is excellent
-
Good location, great service Maybe one small refrigerator in the room would be fine
-
Staff was very friendly Breakfast lacking juice and coffee options. Other than that, it was quite good.

Modern, clean, comfortable

Guy at the reception was obviosly very bored to his job. Did only the absolute minimum for the quests.
