Nice little hostel, cute decorations, we stayed in a room with its own bathroom so that's cool. A balcony with a view on the backyard - very pretty. And there's always someone at the reception desk, so that's useful for late or early check-in/check-out. Also, it's easy to get to : either on foot, or by transport, and it's comfortable as well, as there are grocerie shops and cafés/restaurants, and the city center isn't far. Overall we liked it! It could be a bit noisy depending on the people who stay at the hostel (the rooms are not soundproof) - but that's a hostel, so you know what to expect. The towels are not included, but you can rent it for 5€ apiece. They give you your money back when you return the towel, just make sure you have cash (zloty or euros).

The location of the hostel is convenient for getting to the city centre of Krakow. Staff were nice and polite. The place has an outdoor garden which is one of the best things about it and I ended up staying awake for most of the night there. I didn’t know that the hostel did not have any single sex rooms and was badly surprised when entering my room around midnight that the room had men sleeping in their underwear already. The room was very very hot and stuffy and not even a fan was provided. I complained at the reception and politely asked to change my room, I was given another one but had to pay an extra night’s stay for that! I don’t think that was very fair. The place overall is unclean and smells of uncleanliness. I have stayed in about 10-15 hostels throughout my life but most of them have been very decent. It is understandable that due to the number of people staying in one room hostels can get messy and dirty but this one just was not fit for purpose and was not presented to a good enough standard.

The private room with a bathroom was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bed was nice, and having your own private bathroom was a bonus. Every staff member was so kind and welcoming, very willing to help. We were able to stow our bags for free on our check-out day as well! The location is also ideal; it is a very nice and safe walk from Old Town Krakow and let us see more of the city. Loved the outdoor area as well. The only weird part was the shower pressure/the water coming in intervals as people say. But it was the only bad part. also bring a towel! although you would only need to pay a deposit for one if I remember correctly.

the property is clean and close enough to the city centre. the furniture in the room wasn’t brand new but it was okay. the shared bathroom was really good as well water and light in the bathroom don’t have a “button” to turn it on/off which can be a bit of a downside

Nicely situated with lovely staff members that know how to do their job right and nice comfortable rooms inspired by cinema/movies.

Has everything you need, especially a well-equipped (public) kitchen. Cool thematic decoration. The lady receptionist was quite standoffish, but the others were polite.

Nice room, calm environment and clean bathroom. Location and check in easy. Cheap and worth the money! One of the receptionists was more interested in watching their movie than welcoming us, no big problem though. Did not have any free towels.

Overall the price for what you get it's pretty good. We were in the hostel for 3 days and at the end it was a little tired walking all the time to the Jewish quarter or the old town.(15-25 minutes)
