Willa Retro hostel

The receptionist could be present more, throughout our 3 night stay, we haven’t seen them once. This would be particularly helpful, since guests like to be really noisy at night, and I believe a receptionist or some kind of security would help sort this out.

- yard (but cat's smelling) - the smell of cat's urine everywhere (except the 2nd floor) - small dorm rooms - small, through-passage and depressing kitchens - noise from the street

I didn't sleep there. I arrived, saw the hostel and left it. Rooms are dirty. Kitchen is dirty. Fridge is dirty. It is not a normal hostel, it feels like people have been living there for months.

Location and facilities were excellent. The staff. One lady was extremely rude and swore at me. However, the other members of staff were very friendly and helpful.

a group of drunk men were shouting and screaming from midnight until 3 am, right next to my room. the room had no lock so they opened the door a few times. they also banged on the door. i messaged the owners about this but they did nothing to fix the issue.

It was comfortable. Great for the price. It was a little cold the first night but after that it was warm at night. Good location. I don't know if they were the owners or staff working there that came during the day to clean, but they were very nice. I'd stay here again. The bed was comfortable.

The place is relatively small and generally felt crowded (the density of people in dorms was higher than other hostels where I have been)

A bit claustrophobic in general, 1 toilet per floor; small room, no socket on the upper bunk bed.

Really nice spot with a beautiful garden in back. Big rooms and lots of space felt more like in someones home

Staff speaks no English, 20 minutes before check-out time, a staff lady came into our room presumably asking us to "kindly" move out and dropping a letter in our beds. This doesn't sit too well with me.

Sweet hostel for tourists

Wonderful, clean hostel with good staff and backyard. They even offer free coffee and tea! Probably the best low cost place to stay in Krakow. I liked everything. Great hostel.
