We really appreciated that the coffee and tea were replenished every day, as we both enjoy coffee. The view from our room was also amazing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Since I was traveling with my mom, we found the bathroom layout lacked privacy because of the glass door. It may be suitable for couples, but it wasn't ideal for family members sharing a room.

Everything. Location was perfect. Rooms were lovely and whole hotel was clean. Nothing

Bad customer service Awful staff especmanagement

Location is 15 min walking distance to the old town but still outside of the city center. Breakfast is decent for the size of the hotel. The hotel looks better in the pictures than in reality. It has a very small lobby, making it difficult to find a table for breakfast in the morning. The rooms are also quite small. The mattress and pillows are not of the best quality, which affects the overall sleeping comfort. In general, the hotel feels as it has been renovated on a budget, with low quality materials used throughout. For the price, I believe it is easy to find better accommodation elsewhere.

Location was great, friendly staff, cleaning was always good. Great little hotel, would recommend and stay again. Nothing at all.

Great location, quick and easy to reach the old town on foot or by tram. Spacious parking at a reasonable price. Our room had a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna in the basement is a nice touch. The bathroom is not separated from the room and lacks sound insulation, which makes it quite uncomfortable and offers very little privacy. This was the biggest drawback for us. The breakfast was low quality, with limited options, even though it varied slightly each day, it wasn’t particularly tasty. Sound insulation overall is poor; even though our windows faced the inner courtyard, it was still quite noisy. The radiator in the bathroom was too small to hang all the towels, and there were no additional hooks available.

It was quite noise in the 4th floor due to the surroundings, but mainly due to the bad roof windows. It was quite noisy on the 4th floor due to the surroundings, but mainly because of the faulty roof windows.

The hotel was close to where our daughter is living. It was very convenient for us. Loved having the market nearby and available transportation. The design of the room with the beds under an angled ceiling was challenging...we did bump our heads a few times! Nothing you can do about that!

The room wasn't big enough. For 2 persons is very tiny .

Location The breakfast was very limited and not fresh. Salads were old and were clearly standing in the fridge few nights. They had dry coat on them. Or was impossible to order a coffee with extra pay and proper coffee machine. All was offered was a very basic coffee. Toilet by the restaurant was dirty and had no toilet soap or paper. I was informed I can park a car in front of the hotel for free (I bought a parking city ticket but I received a fine to pay by city guards!!). So in the end I paid twice for parking Rooms are run down. It’s more of a hostel than a hotel. Price is definitely not worth it

Easy to get to and a good price. Located a 10min walk to centre but with plenty to see on the way. Hotel was clean and friendly

The location is great, only 15 minutes from the old town on foot. And the breakfast was great as well. The rooms are smaller than they appear on the picture and the breakfast area can become crowded if the hotel is full.

The glass door on the bathroom is a bad design- does not give any privacy.

Excellent breakfast. Huge selection.

Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Small wardrobe but wasn’t an issue if staying for a few nights. Kettle, hairdryer provided which was a plus, along with the bottle opener, which was really handy. We have lower back issues but beds were super comfortable. Location was perfect for a walk into main Krakow and helped to burn off all the delicious polish food and beer! Staff were helpful and polite. They held onto our bags on our last day after check out. Couldn’t have done enough for us. Water stations on each floor which was very much needed. Showers are lovely but need more power, did the job for thin short haired people. Air con lowest was 18 and would switch off in the night so would wake up a tad warm.

Location, ambience and cleanliness. Our room was for a family of 3, the sofa bed was not comfortable for my son.
-
24/7 check-in and comfortable mattress The facilities are in poor condition: the towels have holes, the shelves in the closet are broken, the wallpaper is peeling off, and the floor is dirty.

The room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was HUGE. I liked that there was a water machine outside on the foyer so i could just walk out and grab a jug of cold water in this heat. The room didn’t had air conditioner but it was suprisingly at a comfortable temperature. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Some people in the reviews have such expectations its crazy. The buffet had warm food, multiple types of cheese, ham, spreads, breads, buns, cerial, the salad bar was INSANELY GOOD. The egg salad and the cottage cheese with vegetables were TOP!! Im gonna dream about them hahaha. Also had smoothies and juice, amazing sweet baked goods, fruits, joghurt. The coffee was also nice. Everybody were kind, respectful, smiling and helpful which made my stay the best in Krakow, already recommended it to friends. :) The old town and the shopping center in 10-15 minutes walk, the area was safe, clean. I travelled solo, im usually quite anxious but i never felt afraid during my stay. The lounge area was also comfortable with sofas! The TV didn’t had any streaming options, but it had 1 satellite channel of english news so I was fine having it in the background.:)
