Top floor no elevator ? The door wouldn't lock from inside

It’s located very close to the old town, which is awesome. The room number was clean, no odor, in general very comfortable. We payed for the quadruple room with 2 queen beds, but got queen/2 twins, but it’s okay, we still enjoyed the stay. A little too noisy, they do have ear plugs in case you’re sensitive sleeper.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of food to choose from. No lift, no airconditioner, no double bed, everything was very old.

It is more like apartment, clean and cozy. I love backyard, so neat!

Large comfortable room good location breakfast was fantastic and great value. Gardens were lovely. No lift and lots of stairs over 4 floors. Would have been good to know this when booking A small fridge in the room would be good

Bkfst was allows crowded and food ran out so slim pickings

The breakfast is good but the bread and the fruit and dessert good but the taste not fresh

Room was spacious and location was good (short walk to old town). Good that had own parking in the yard. Rooms need a bit of update. Worst was that there was only freezing cold water so couldn't shower (some technical issue)

room was very clean breakfast very nice and location was perfect next to city center and the staff was very helpphul specially the lady whom did our check in she was very profissional everything

Absence of elevator. It was tough to bring suitcase to the fourth floor.

Location. 10mins walk to Old Town. Nice bathroom. Spacious, can accommodate 3 adults in standard room with no issue. Amazing breakfast buffet. Bed wasnt comfortable. The pillows hurt my neck. Squeaky noises from other rooms cause the floors were old. No elevator. Its not stroller or handicapped friendly hotel.

Everything was perfect

The stay was good; the location and the facilities were pleasant. What could be improved is the service from the receptionist who attended us during the early morning hours. Her attitude toward us was quite harsh, and we didn’t feel comfortable asking the questions we had.

There are water dispenser at each floor. 8. The place is also quiet even though it is located in the city center. 1. No lift so for those with heavy luggage, brace yourself.

Very outdated. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Misleading

It was central to sightseeing No lift… plastic sheet under bottom sheet, kept bulging and made lying on it uncomfortable.. the mattress was much bigger than the frame and the bed kept moving unlike the other single bed.. so not the best of sleep…

It was dingy. Registered one place and had to walk down two doors to the hotel itself. No elevator, which was not stated on the website. Pictures on the website nothing like the actual place. Furniture was like home made from scraps of lumber and stained. Carpet dirty and stained. Bathroom was nice and modern. Water dispenser in hallway, but did not work. Hallway very dark . Nothing at all. . Website description misleading and would not had stayed there had I known.

The rooms look different from the pictures. It's older and darker than how it presented. The 3 people room is large, but the 2 people room is very small. The wifi in the corner is very slow.

The room was very spacy and clean. The garden in the back is a nice location for some rest. The breakfast buffet was rich with many choices. Walking distance from the city centre. The breakfast place was often so crowded that finding a table inside was a real challenge. The room had almost no shelf or other place where one can leave some stuff. Finding the reception operated by the neighbouring hotel was somewhat cumbersome.
