Okay but for same price you find a way better location and hostels to stay at !

The check-in process was easy and fully self-service, done by scanning a QR code and entering my information. I stayed for one night due to work and was hoping this could be a place to stay regularly, but the experience was disappointing. I had never stayed in a private room that did not include a towel, not even a small one. There was also no soap or shampoo available in the showers. There are very few bathrooms and they are almost always occupied. The walls are very thin, there is no heating, and with outside temperatures around -10°C, the room was very cold. Guests are also asked to remove and return the bed sheets at check-out, and mine were already dirty. Overall, due to the lack of basic amenities and comfort, I will need to look for other options.

    Location

No space for your bag, small hostel , no room

The location The place needs to be kept better, the bed sheets did appear clean but the walls beside the bed are dirty and unpleasant with brown and yellow smudges and smears, the bath mat outside the shower is nasty. In the mixed dorm there was a homeless man living there, he stunk and made the room smell. You do usually get what you pay for, but I've paid far less than this and got significantly more. This was my 3rd time to Krakow and this was by far the worst place I've stayed in the city.

The staff is a bit cold

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

The location and it was pretty clean the common areas Don’t have a lift or elevator. Isn’t a hostel suitable for people with wheelchair or caring big luggages

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

Less people, well orginize, the receptionist also kind, clean, easy to find from the map, closs with the city center

For some reason, the bed sheets are too small for the beds and so there's a gap on both the footer and header of the bed. I don't know why they don't get properly sized bedsheets. Refrigerator was not cleaned once in the time I was staying there. I helped them throw out pasta that was sitting untouched in the fridge for one week. Cleaning ladies give you a dirty look for just using the kitchen normally, like they have some kind of Soviet mindset. They should know that the only reason they have a job is because of the guests. Management should know that cleaning crew also represent the face of the hostel for guests.

Overall it was really good but i checked in late and there were a lot of drunk men at the entrance, it felt really uncomfortable. I was told it’s often like that there

Good Location The stuff very rude and unpolite, i do everything online and get the bed and no one in receptions just long waiting stuff and very rude, i mean the guy with glasses

Close to old town and the train station Not enough bathrooms and the smell in the only available toilet was exceptionally nauseating to the point where I gagged multiple times. Smelled like rot and sewage and mold. Also not very clean. Hairdryers in both bathrooms are broken, one that sounds like a chainsaw. No option for female only dorm. Noisy on the street at night. No AC and if you aren’t by the window then chances are people are going to shut it because of the noise resulting in waking up soaked from sweat. You have to make your own bed and the sheets are dingey. I understand it’s cheap and a dorm situation but 9x out of 10 I do cheap hostel stays all over the world and this one is just not good.

Room and bed ok. Too few showers and loud guests (maybe Ui) not behaving.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Convenient area not far from most things, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Excellent hostel, I don’t know how it was before but it definitely deserves a higher score that 7. A big plus for a late check in as I’ve landed at midnight. Room, bed, shower, sheets, all is excellent.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

There's a lot of room and a couple of couches in the lobby (useful if you arrive late in the night - you don't have to disturb the other guests in the dorm room). Also big and free to use locker in the dorm room. No towel, no soap in the shower, I had to put my bedsheets on myself, in one of the bathrooms the hot and cold water in the sink was the other way around - I burned my hands. Every service you could think of was as a paid add-on.

    It wasn't clean

  • Engine customer May 2025

The hostel was conveniently located near the old town, making it easy for us to walk there to the old town. Kitchen facilities were good enough that we could cook. The connection with the internet in the sleeping area always worked well. The dormitory room was small, and the beds were not okay. There was no table and chair in the room.
