The amazing breakfast and the staff always available to help. Our room as no window and one bed (triple) was to a child instead to an adult.

What a quaint and lovely place. It was so nice arriving to our accommodation. They have lots of nice touches upon arrival and I definitely recommend. Their breakfast was so impressive - you go down the stairs (or lift) and expect something that's ok, but there were so many things to choose from. Being home, after our big trip - I sure am missing the hotel breakfasts in Europe. Again - location is great and would happily stay again! Great proximity to the Old Town and also the train station. Central Europe was in a heatwave and even though we booked with airconditioning, our little aircon unit was struggling. But the staff were very helpful in solving this problem.

It is not soundproof room, could hear the voice from outside and neighbor, the room smell not good such as smell from painting.

The location was very good and near to the centre. The room was basic but very clean and cleaned every day. Staff were good, friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast twice but it was very basic, not the end of the world but would have liked a little more choice. There was a coffee machine which was good but the coffee was luke warm, not hot but this is a personal preference The sausages , ham, and bread were nice and the restaurant was clean.
