It’s in the center of town so it’s perfect for walking distance to everything. The bathroom is shared but for the location it’s worth it

A decent budget-friendly stay with a hostel-like atmosphere. Don’t expect luxury, but for the price it offers good value. The room and bed were simple yet comfortable enough for a short stay, and the facilities were adequate. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out and come back later in the evening to collect it, which made my trip much easier. The bathroom only had hand soap, there was no shampoo or shower gel provided. Since I didn’t have my own shampoo with me, I couldn’t properly shower, so it would be nice if basic toiletries were included in the future.

Great location very close to public transit and Old Town. Was very easy to come and go. Great facilities and kind staff that all spoke English.

It was clean and quiet. Also quite a good price comparing to other places near the city center Everything was good. I was a bit confused with a request to remove all the bed linen before leave.

I was offered clean simple room in 3 dormitory with bathroom by myself unfortunately during the night they asked me to changed the room. Unfortunately there were few issues during my stay. The walls are very thin and my room was close to common bathrooms therefore each time during the night somebody was going to bathroom, I woke up. But the biggest problem was that around 11pm (when I was sleeping) the receptionist not very delicately woke me up saying that they mistook the room I stay (I stayed by myself in 3 dormitory room). But I refused to change it at this point.

Great location, super clean, friendly staff. The bed was comfortable but made some noise when moving. Nothing too serious though.

Good location and friendly staff, the room was quite big and quiet. - There were ants in my room - Wall plug needs to be fixed (it was coming out of the wall)

One of my favourite places to stay in Kraków. Good facilities. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Bedding much improved since my last visit.

Perfect place if you are traveling alone and you’re not seeking to meet people (like I was).

Location is good. You are in walking distance to Old Town, restaurants and coffee shops. Bed was comfortable. They will hold your luggage after check-out as long as you need. This was converted into a hotel so the doors are not designed to be quiet in any way. You almost can't close them quietly so you constantly hear neighbors closing doors. I was also next to the WC so I could hear people using that (eww). Blanket was not long enough for me (I'm 5' 10"). Not a major thing. You have to lock your door on the inside with the key. Don't love that. Most importantly, the internet did not work so I had to use my data plan, and wifi + nonsmoking are my only filter criteria. *Maybe* it was my phone but I seem to have repeated connectivity issues in Poland.
