Internet speeds a bit slow

There is a locker room to leave your luggage, which is very helpful when arrival/departure is not aligned with check in/out times. The room was clean, basic necessities are available. The room is very cramped, meant only for 1, max 2 people. We were four, it was too small for us. There is no place for luggages in the room. The view from the window is onto the inner yard with rubbish bins.

The bed was OK It's an old hotel. I didn't like having to use a real key. That feels kind of antique, I didn't feel like it was the cleanest place in the world and that coffee machine is impossible. But I will have to say I slept good.

The internet was really slow

Location No instructions, lifts went to half floor not your floor, towels were old, balcony was dangerous, exposed wires on balcony. Could not work TV, just a really poor stay

Nice clean room in a good location. Check in - 3:00PM, check out - 10:00AM. :-) Really? You know what? Make check in at 6:00PM and check out at 8:00AM, become really famous, brake Book of Guinness records! 2. Small 12 sq. m room contrary to actual booking deluxe suite.

Bathroom has smells. Noise from the tram. Check out at 10. I have never seen any hotel check out time at 10. Beware of that

The location was good The room was extremely hot, despite contacting the 24/7 help via WhatsApp (which isn’t 24hours) they advised they had the air con fixed but it wasn’t, they said we could check out as other room but as we hadn’t slept we were too tired. Breakfast was cancelled for one day, we were offered 2 options , one was a refund the other was breakfast at a hotel up the road. We went with the 2nd option. The hotel is so noisy and as there is no staff in, there is nothing you can do about it . No tv channels for uk guests The staff toilet in the basement next to the dining room was disgusting, dirty tissue all over the floor by the toilet. The breakfast was dreadful, the beans had a dry skin on them, the scrambled egg was dry, looked like they were both left over from day before and the bacon , eggs and beans were barely warm, the milk left on a shelf and 2 yoghurts again left on the side .

Great location, check-in and check-out perfect as no contact, just a code and a lockbox so no waiting or worries about arrival time in the night. Shower good. Nice cold mini fridge. On street parking cheap and we always got a spot close to the apartment. We stayed 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned at all, so the bin wasn't emptied, loo roll and coffee sachets weren't replaced. Obviously sheets and towels were also not changed. No milk at all for coffee or tea, although they were provided and there was a mini fridge.

Location Remote staff, front door not secure, very noisy, no facilities coffee pod machine just for show, leaking shower that overflowed, lift absolutely stank to the point you had to cover your nose on entry till you got out , lift only took you to mid floor so still stairs to climb. Very poor tea coffee facilities with no milk

Breakfast was very good, breakfast staff is really kind. Good location

The location couldn't be better – right in the center of Krakow, making it super convenient to explore all the major attractions.The rooms were spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining the property. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! A wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and everything I tried was amazing. It really set the tone for the rest of the day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow! Will definitely be back!
