Great location, easy access to the main square, quiet sleep area! Modern, very clean, the staff are so friendly. Beds are very comfortable, had good nights sleep, air con, good size bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Nothing!

Close to the main square. Very very clean and tidy. Car park is very small and hard to get into parking slot

This an excellent hotel that offers a great central location, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. It’s been recently renovated, meaning the furnishings are very elegant and comfortable. However, what really makes this hotel great is the wonderful reception staff. Paulina is absolutely brilliant at her job and she genuinely cares about you having a great time in the wonderful city of Krakow. Her professionalism, calmness, levels of English and organisational skills mean that you’re covered in every eventuality! Thank you again Paulina! The only small criticism we could make is the use of two single beds pushed together for a double room. We would have preferred a double mattress buy perhaps it’s just because we’re used to that. Otherwise - an absolutely stellar hotel!

Good location, near old city. Value for money hotel. Breakfast was very good, I will definitely come back ! There was mini fridge in the room but it couldn't be in operation. Ok, policy of hotels in Poland generally is not to have fridge but that days we want something cool, water because there was hot in Krakow.

The hotel was extremely clean and pleasant, only one block away from the Old Town, close to the railway station, mall, all the shopping and restaurants. It is right in the center of the historic Krakow, yet it is very quiet. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Great location, tasty breakfast. The shower cabin was so small that it was not easy to fit in.

The room was big, the location is near the city center The hotel has only 7 parking spots, and you need to reserve, and that was not clear on booking
