Great location, just around the corner from Stary Kleparz which is a farmers market in Kraków, plenty of food, coffee and convenience stores nearby. It’s a short walk to the main square. The room was comfortable and spacious. There is a washer (no drier) but you can air dry your clothes. The lady that cleans the house ( I am so sorry I forgot her name) is super kind and will help you with information of you ask. If you contact them through the platform, they will also reply fast. Overall, I recommend this place 100%. The bedroom doors make a lot of sound when you open and close them. Getting in is a little tricky, there’s some codes you need to use and it supposed to work on 2 doors. Sometimes it won’t work for both of them and you have to get back to put the code again. I don’t know, it’s a little weird.

This place is in the center of the city, a few minutes away from the train station. Communication as directions were clear and simple, the room was spacious, clean and cosy. Common areas such as the kitchen, toilets and bathrooms were clean and spacious (I spent time mostly outside). Maybe the numbers on the doors were a bit foggy but I quickly remembered the codes. There are a bunch of restaurants, cafes and shops around and the main square is a few minutes away. There's the market place under so it might be a bit noisy in the morning but hey, it's the part of the city vibe ☺️ Everything was good.

Very good location. Clean and comfortable room. Facilities were okey. Good place to stay for budget and location. Very close to old town and tramway. I couldn't find where to adjust heating. Room was a little cold at night.

Great location and place very well organised The door of the washing machine broke and struggled to open it. Provider could have been more responsible (or at all). It can get a bit noisy as room’s doors are heavy and make loud noise. Wooden floor intensifies sounds

The room was pretty nice and warm! The location was amazing it was less than 10m to the old town the kitchen had everything you'd need for cooking however the oven didn't work! Overall wouldn't mind staying there again.

Great apartment, met all of our needs, close to the old city and right next to an amazing food market.

The Location of the property was very nice and convenient There was troubles unlocking doors because of unclear code directions, there was false information with a wrong code on our door.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !!! Needs to have additional mirror besides the one in bathroom. Possibly standing or a wall one. Otherwise everything was great!

Central location

Great location near the old town and old market and train station. Lots of storage and very cute. Suggest: more hooks in bathroom, hand towel in kitchen, another trash can. Booking.com was very late in sending instructions for checking in.

The apartment was centrally placed and close to shops etc It was a little noisy at night but that’s not the hosts fault

Excellent place, clean and comfortable. Outstanding staff. Heat, hot water, and washing machine all highly appreciated. Perfect location. The only problem we had was that some other guests were noisy, and smoked on the balcony, leaving the door open and allowing smoke to come inside.

The whole apartment was very clean. The rooms are modernly furnished. There were lots of separate showers and toilets. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils. In the fridge, every room had its own basket. There were washing machines and drying racks as well. The location was perfect, very close to the train station and to the old square. The mattress was dented in the middle, making sleeping a bit uncomfortable (though not too much) and the wifi was bad in the rooms closer to the kitchen.
