Great location for old town

Convenient location very close to the old town square. Easy check in process (we didn't even see a person) and suitable for an overnight stay. Very cramped bathroom (and the shower was missing one of the screens). Our room was on the street level and quite noisy - ask for a quiet room.

The location is great, easy to check in- check out. There were no receptionist or other stuff in the hostel.Room is super small, bed was making noises. One bathroom didn't have toilet paper and in another bathroom it also finished so there was no at all in the morning. It was very loud in the evening and at night. The window in the room is next to a little terrace, where some guest were having very loud conversations at night. Overall I wouldn't stay again. It is cheap but it's still that cheap for what it is.

Very small bathroom however it was en-suite and private for our room, and there was another communal bathroom just outside our door, so it really wasn't a problem at all.

Clear email communication provided codes for easy entry with my late night arrival. Check in until 10pm - I arrived at 9:59pm and all was dark and quiet. Motion lights and clear signs with arrows led me up to my room. It was clean, cute, nice desk, plenty of clothing storage, window to the street but not too noisy. I heard other guests, but nothing too loud. Close to transportation stop, and 5 minutes’ walk to an incredible Christmas market! I was there Dec. 1st. As a 53 yr old solo female traveler, I felt safe here. Early morning Uber to the airport arrived quickly right at the door. The toilet leaked a little water upon a normal flushing. I let them know. Otherwise it was all clean and everything else worked well.

The mattress was air pumped, not comfortable at all. couldn't sleep on it

Great Place. I didn't really interact with staff, it was kind of self service place. but they gave me key code and where to leave key . So no complaints. My only recommendation would be to ask for a room that is not on the street because the rom was clean and really nice, just had a bit of street noise. I DEFINTELY Will Book Amber Hostel again because it was clean organized. easy to access and enter and great location next to park and Old Krakov.. I recommend. Only that my room was close to street, but that is not a reflection on staff or owners.

Nice clean hostel style room, well stocked kitchen area and nice patio. Amazing location super close to the railway station and the old town. It took some time for the host to respond, but in the end all worked out pretty well.

It wasn’t bad. Location is superb. Bathroom was clean. Room was small but it was quiet and absolutely ok for the money I paid.
