I stayed in this hotel before that's why I chose to stay here again.

The shower runs very slow

The beds are so comfortable. It is very quiet where we stayed and we were facing the front of the building. Breakfast was included and quite enjoyable with good coffee. A great place to stay if you want to see Auschwitz tour or Schindler's museum as both were within walking distance to our tour meeting place. there is transit right in front of our building which we did not use. There are also lovely places to eat within walking distance. We didn't have time to make it to the old town and wished we had a stay a little longer. nothing

Clean and cosy room Good breakfast Nothing

I checked my records. This was my 8th visit at INX Design Hotel. Previously, all my experiences were amazing and that was the reason why I always chose this location. This time though I got a room sharing the wall with the lift shaft and that made it a very uneasy stay.

Location, breakfast & cleanliness.

We liked that there was water dispenser on every floor. It was convenient for us, as well as for your staff. Did not like that we have to ask for supplies such as pairs of slippers, conditioner, lotion… The pillows were flat, very bad for our necks. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Please still provide luggage rack. Your guests will love you for providing it. Whatever was in the room was not enough.

I stayed 5 days for work at this hotel. Wifi was not working. Maybe because I was in the last room at the end of the hall and the signal was not reaching there. I told the front desk about it. The guy said if it’s not working there is nothing that they can do. He didn’t evwn say sorry and it seemed to me that they don’t think that’s even important. It was not fixed during my whole stay of five days. Other things of the hotel were fine, but wifi was the most important thing to me. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was ready with the extra bed we requested The staff was very friendly It was clean, close to a tram station and bakeries and restaurants When the extra bed was opened it was a very narrow space to walk to the toilet from the main room area

The best part of our stay was definitely breakfast and the location of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated from inside, so different. Staff at the reception varies, some of them are nice and helpful, others don´t care at all. Our room was only OK, I wouldn´t mind the size but if you come to stay for a week, you don´t have enough room to unpack all your bits & pieces, the bathroom is even worse - not enough storage space for everything for 2 people... There is also a beautiful feature in front of the hotel (an old car) but not maintained at all which is a shame.

Friendly stuff, good location, comfortable rooms For those arriving with their car, a clear easily readable signpost for parking and for the entry will be better. Otherwise you miss the entrance

Exceptional

Everything was excellent. We were visiting Auschwitz during our stay - our pick up time was 7am and we asked if they would put something together breakfast for us to take away. They made up lovely lunch with meat/cheese/salad baguette, fruit, juice, can of water, little wafer biscuit & some mini croissants It was much more than we expected and greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much bother. Good location too, next to Jewish quarter and not too far from main square.
