Superb

Good location, clean bed sheets. Room was quite outdated, old, broken carpet. Dirty walls. Inside the room was hot, stuffy air. Kept the windows open at night but loud noise outdoor kept us wake at night. Also, the smoking area is just outside the most windows in the front of the building so all the smoke is coming upstairs. Lastly, don’t bother paying for the parking at the hostel- there is free parking available at night on the street with plenty of spaces.

Stayed here this week with my son. A very cheap hotel by price only. We absolutely loved it here and would definitely stay again if we returned to Kraków. Beds were comfortable, our room had both a fan and a heater and a fridge which was very helpful in the heat. There's also a shared kitchen available (two actually) to use with lots of accessories including a microwave, hob as well as dishes and cutlery. Thank you.

Good value for money, good location, friendly receptionists, clear check in instructions Wifi was broken which had to be fixed, shower drain was clogged with hair so our bathroom constantly flooded. Fan was very poor quality so didn’t keep us very cool during the heatwave. Quite uncomfortable beds

Great location, clean room. Cardboard walls, they are everywhere! It's some kind of trash, all the walls that surround you - as if made of cheap cardboard. You can hear everything that is in other rooms, but what's worse is that if someone walks above you or next to you - your room is pounding, as if they are walking on your head. Also, unfortunately, there were morons in the room next to you who were shouting until 2 am. Of course, no one kept any silence and the staff could only talk to them the next day. Also, the clothes hangers are very annoying, they cannot be removed. These are the most idiotic hangers I have ever seen.

The stay was lovely, the city was welcoming and access to the building late night is easy. We felt safe. Would be nice if there is shower gels and the freezer compartment of the fridge door is there, our food like salad and fruits was frozen

Very close to Kazimierz and Market Square,, walking distance Dirty walls with some liquid marks and dead flies marks on ceilings, dirty windows. Bedsheets were clean and bathroom was clean. Corridors were outdated and needed a proper clean too

The room and a bathroom were good for the price. I was travelling with person with low mobility and the room was situated at the ground floor ✅ You can alse get basic stuff at the kitchen, but kitchen furniture and so on was less clean and modern as our room. I also like the possibility to use iron even when there were noone at the reception.

The private bedroom was alright. Nice shower.

Recommended!

It could get noisy at times, yet there are earplugs near the reception, so this wasn't really an issue. Just wanted to point out that the staff had thought about a solution for a problem some guests might have.
