Very good breakfast, comfy bed, pretty clean. Nice staff. 3rd floor rooms are attic rooms no elevator, headroom is limited, in the room.

Next door to a large woodland park and nature. Yet only 10 mins walk to tram and another 10 to old town. Best of both worlds. Great wholesome breakfast Water in Krakow is to an high environment standard. Great value for money No tea making facilities but got used to drinking water instead!

Staff were great ,was a nice property ,food was delicious ,and I only got lost once It was a tad noisy outside the hotel other guests were awake drinking until early ,had to have windows open for air and disturbed me slightly

Everything was really nice location , friendly & very helpful staff, breakfast was very good everything you wanted. Beautiful lake 20 mins walk away through the woods No kettle in the room

I loved the fact that the hotel was placed around a very green area, which made it quite comfy to begin with. Lots of green, a huge forest area close by. I also enjoyed the classic look of the hotel, which reminded me of a palace. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
