Amazing view to the castle, good and quiet location. Very tasty breakfast and friendly staff. I like that hotel is small and not crowded. We will definitely come back?

Spacious rooms with a great view of the Krakow Dragon and castle. Breakfast has a decent selection of breads, spreads and toppings, muesli, fruits, and hot and cold drinks. Within walking distance of the ICE conference center, and quite close to the public transport lines taking you into the city/to the airport. The morning sunlight shines right through the very thin curtains, so if you're not planning to wake up early, you might want to bring a sleeping mask. The hotel also isn't the most modern, but everything is functional enough.

The lamp next to the bed was constantly making a little noise/a squeaking sound. However, it didn’t interfere with sleeping.

Very good location. good place in term of value for money. We found no less than what we excepted. Enough choice and quality for breakfast. Recommend Not as clean as you would expect. No misunderstanding, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fairly basic, but we have absolutely no complaints, our stay was very comfortable. The location is a bit outside the center (about a 20–30 minute walk or a €5 taxi ride), but if you get a room with a view of the Vistula River and the castle, it’s unbeatable. Nothing

THE VIEW!!! During our last trip to Europe we stayed in five countries over 20+ days. We booked this hotel based on reviews about the view, but I was uncertain about the comfort of the rooms. (this one night stay turned out to be a highlight of our trip. ) Our expectations about room comfort were blown away. Rooms seem to be updated, fresh and clean. The view was everything we had hoped for plus more. We slept with the drapes wide open and watched the dragon blow fire out of his mouth every 5 to 10 minutes. I woke up during the night, but only because I wanted to look at the view over and over again. The castle lights shimmering off the water was stupendous. Nothing. Excellent value for the money.

The breakfast box ? The carpets

Very comfortable beds, basic but unexpected breakfast, clean, pleasant staff, more than expected for price point, reasonable location if you dont kind a little walk, would definitely stay again. For our needs we had no negatives except room was a bit warm for an unseasonably warm evening but we just opened the window and turned off the heater

Location - on the shore of river, walking distance to attractions, bus stop. Quiet. Nothing.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The room is large, spacious, and the bathroom is also large. The view of the Wawel Castle is exceptional, both day and night. Everything in the room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty. None

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Amazing view and very welcoming staff, it was really clean and we also got our rooms cleaned daily. The air con didn't really work and it was really hot and humid. Using the fan just caused a lot of dust and has triggered my allergies.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Spacious, clean and quiet. Good breakfast too. Aircon not cold enough during the day.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

All was fine, food was OK, the view on the river was calming. I liked it and is easy to walk to the conference centre and the centre of town.

The only thing worth noting is the spectacular view of Wawel, and that’s it — everything else turned out to be a bitter experience. ? While the view of Wawel Castle is truly breathtaking, it’s sadly overshadowed by the poor quality of the room — at least the one we were given. The bathroom had worn-out flush buttons and a broken shower corner that clearly hadn’t been fixed in years. You even had to be careful while using the shower to avoid cutting yourself on the sharp, broken edge. ? These kinds of details are completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard and price range. A Stunning View, but a Deeply Disappointing Experience ? Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an evening when the hotel hosted a private birthday party with a DJ — something we were only informed of upon check-in. The event was planned to go on until 2 AM. At first, we hoped it wouldn’t affect us, but by midnight, the booming bass and loud music became impossible to ignore. I had to go down to reception to complain. Their solution? We were offered to terminate our stay and leave the hotel at midnight with a full refund. Let me ask: as paying guests, should we be the ones forced to pack up and leave in the middle of the night, just because it’s more profitable for management to rent out event space to a party crowd than ensure a peaceful stay for overnight guests? Had there been a notice on Booking.com warning that a loud event would be taking place that night, I would have never booked this hotel. Although the staff were polite, no real action was taken to resolve the noise issue — not until the police were called and arrived after 2 AM. To be fair — we were offered a different room around midnight, but at that point, we had already had enough. Besides, in such a small hotel, the other room was unlikely to be soundproof anyway. Another point — when I went downstairs around midnight to see what kind of party was going on, one of the guests offered me a party roll. Later, when I filed a complaint about the scandalous noise level, the reception responded by saying it wasn’t fair to eat food at someone else’s private event (even though I was offered it). And yet, it didn’t stop them from serving the leftovers from that same party to all hotel guests for breakfast the next morning. ? If you’re looking for rest and a professional hotel experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before staying here. ?

The views from the rooms and from the dining area are simply breathtaking: Vistula (Wisła) river and the Wawel castle directly across the river. Might be the best view in Kraków (at least according to my liking). Also, the room was surprisingly spacious. The service was on-point, no complains about that. There are some reports about the noise in summer, but at least in late February it was perfectly quiet and relaxed, so I guess should be tranquil during the colder months. The breakfast, I'd say, was a bit basic, but that was well-compensated by the magical view from the dining table :) The coffee was even quite ok by hotels' standards.

I really enjoyed the location and the view on the Castle. Our room was very big and spacious. The window wouldn't close tight, so there was some noise from the street. It is rather easy to fix.

Location and view, stuff is very responsive and professional. sewer smell at the reception and in the room
