Only location and i am a member of Benvoy All bad, i was so shocked how the facility is soooooo poor and requires end to end renovation, very dirty with lack of amenities and expired food products supplied into the rooms, the bad smell of the hotel , broken doors and sanitaties. Very ridiculous and planning to cancel my membership after this bad experience

Beautiful hotel, great service, absolutely delicious food in all the restaurants. Lovely touches -we celebrated a birthday at the hotel and a cake was delivered to the room unprompted. Would highly recommend Nothing

The general manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The court yard and terrace were impressive. Folding glass panels in shower/tub allowed water to splash on the floor. I was worried about slipping and falling even either towel on the floor.

Love this location and main reception staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were not particularly welcoming we had one lunch and one breakfast on site and the service was not friendly. We were not shown a seat for breakfast were not told where tea coffee etc were located. Given the price of the hotel breakfast minimum was expectation to have a good morning greeting. Lunch was more of the same came to take order immediately as we sat down then everything slowed down. Soft drinks served without a glass or offer of ice. Plates were cleared no offer of dessert: tea coffee etc we had to ask. Also found this to be the same in the American style sports bar asked for one omission from the burger was served including had to make do. Asked for a cocktail didn’t have the ingredients was available in main bar however.

Check in was very quick, efficient and friendly - great first impression. First impressions of the building and location absolutely excellent - the hotel looks stunning inside and out, sitting right by the river and castle. Rooms not the biggest, but very clean and well appointed. Restaurant facilities excellent and again, staff very friendly and attentive. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of the river and is a great facility. Nothing that we didn't like.

Great location overlooking the river, about a 13–14 minute walk to the main square. Staff were polite and placed our four rooms on the same floor. Breakfast was good and varied. room cleanliness was poor — dirty carpet, unclean bathroom with no bidet, and housekeeping only made the bed without fully cleaning the room. and leftover food on the table was not removed.
