Loved the location, the building, the automatic door (we said "thank you" everytime lol), the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness - everything! Although the room rates were the same, my room was smaller than my sister's and had an inner courtyard view, hers was bigger with a view of the park, strange.

The staff were exceptional! Great location, easy walking distance to the main square, old town and Jewish quarter as well as the tram to Zakrzówek Park - stunning swimming spot.

After a long and difficult trip, I arrived close to midnight and was so relieved to find a friendly, helpful receptionist to check me in and serve me a couple of beers. The room was superb, with a very welcome mini-bar, super comfortable bed, great air conditioning and very clean. The location is perfect: a couple of minutes walk to Wawel Castle, and just a few minutes more to the main square. The hotel arranged a taxi for me to the airport, and I only wish I could have stayed longer. I don't eat breakfast, so can't comment on that. When I return to Krakow, I will try to book here again for a longer stay. Nothing, it was all brilliant.

Our room was clean, the location was great for walking to nearby shops and sights, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Needed more pillows.
