Nothing Absolutely do not recommend this hotel! You book a room with a floor-to-ceiling window, but instead you get a storage-room-like space with a small window, old beds, and dirt everywhere around you. The room looked nothing like what was advertised, and the overall condition was poor and disappointing. Parking 80 złotych per day. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no willingness to resolve any issues.

I didn't like soft, narrow, uncomfortable bed. The hotel has no soundproofing. When someone spoke in the hallway, it seemed like they were in the room.

Friendly staff. Close to city center. ~10 minutes of walking from the Jubilat bus station that goes to / from airport (line 300). A big park just in front of the hotel. Paid parking at the hotel. The room is big, breakfast is good, you have a variety of food to choose from. It's on the left of the Museum of Illusions. There are some restaurants very close to the hotel and you can walk downtown for about 10 minutes to find all the restaurants there. Not very far there are some supermarkets. The castle is nearby.

Location and staff were great. Our tour started earlier than planned which meant we missed breakfast in hotel. Manager made us a pack lunch!! Also manager made us feel very welcome and gave us great information about krakow. Nothing.

The hotel's location is ideal—very close to the old town and everything is within walking distance. The room was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom as well. We had an issue with the shower, but it was resolved the same day we reported it. The breakfast was nothing special, just the basics. Because of the location, I would choose it again if I visit Kraków. At times, a faint odor was noticeable in the room, possibly related to the plumbing system
