A very pleasant stay in Krakow, with a great location in the Old Town and friendly service. The room was comfortable, although the pillows could definitely be improved—they were not very comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was decent but fairly average, and not particularly exceptional. Overall, a good hotel for a stay in Krakow, especially thanks to its excellent location. Pillows were not really comfortables!

Location is great - 5 mins walk to the Old Town, 3 mins to the riverside. All popular attractions are walking distance while the area itself is quiet and nice. Clean, good towels, comfortable bed. The room is very small, no view from the window. But you would expect less for the price.

Location was great and the room was pretty clean. Breakfast was good, with a great variety of choices. However, they didn't offer chocolate spread (they did have some Nutella, but they didn't include it in the breakfast buffet).
