Excellent value for this booking! Communication went smoothly. Just make sure to indicate your arrival time ahead of time, which I forgot to do. Fortunately I was quickly helped and everything worked out!

This is the perfect place to stay in Krakow. I was there last weekend and it's placed in the perfect spot. The hostess - Bożena - is excellent and recommended me some good places to visit, and to go out to. There was a very small issue with the drain in the shower, I sent her a message, and she sent someone to fix it right away. She was also available via sms all the time and was super nice and friendly. She even let me stay several hours after check-out time so that I didn't have to carry my luggage around while waiting for my flight which was in the night. The double bed is good to sleep on. Plenty of towels and everything very clean. There's a small kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker, and everything you need to cook a meal. The toilet was great. Good pressure on the shower, hot water right away. I don't know what more to say. This is now my place when I visit Krakow! N/A (It was perfect for me)

Room was large and included all of the listed items included a bathroom and a double bed. The room had a new and clean feel. Very close to the centre and easy to get an uber to wherever you want to go. Could do with a more soundproof door but i am being picky.

The location of the property was excellent. It’s very close to the old town and most of the major attractions. The host has been very helpful and responsive. The room was equipped with everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. The parking was on the street but it was easy to find the parking slot. It’s been noisy. The apartment was just next to the entrance door, so for the whole night the people were coming and going, slamming doors, talking and smoking just outside the apartment’s door. The door is very thin and was rattling every time the neighbours were slamming their door.
