The receptionist, Paulina, was very helpful, nice and interested in our welfare all over the stay. Excellent breakfast!, Comfortable and big room. The location is very good.

Loci’s great , roof top bar great view of the River. And the gym it’s Okay I had some work out done. The room it’s small side .

Spa / gym are underwhelming

The hotel was excellent overall. We had a beautiful view of Wawel Castle and the Vistula River, and the location could hardly be better. The value for money was very good, the breakfast was excellent with an above-average selection of vegetables, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was nothing significant that we did not like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations during our stay.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Kossak hotel. Have no complaints at all. We arrived a couple of hours before check in hoping to leave our luggage, but out room was ready so we were able to check straight in. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with an amazing view of the castle and river. I liked the Clarins toiletries provided! Breakfast was beautiful with a really good selection. Hotel location was great, with a short 10 minute stroll to the main square. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

We had a great time in Krakow. The hotel’s location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Vistula River, and Wawel Castle and the Old Town Square were less than a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was rich and varied (we only missed some oats for our little one), the staff were kind and always helpful, and the room was cosy, clean, and well-equipped. Honestly, very little to complain about. The only minor thing was the lack of oat options at breakfast for our child, but everything else in the buffet was exceptional. Overall, it did not affect our stay in any meaningful way.

Hotel Kossak is very well located, close to the riverfront and within walking distance of the Old Town. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection, the staff is friendly, and there is also a sauna. The room smelled very pleasant, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the Clarins toiletries were a nice touch. We stayed for two nights: the towels were replaced even though we didn’t leave them on the floor, but the room was not vacuumed.

Well, what can I say, one of the best four-star hotels. The room wasn't very big for a family of four, but there was enough space. It was clean, without any strange odors. The breakfast was 5+. A wide selection of food. My wife had two types of spa massages, and she really liked it.

Everything was great, beautiful rooms and super clean, good customer service.

Good service and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Location was exceptional and we enjoyed the focus on staying environmentally conscious. Reception was very helpful with any questions and the view was phenomenal. Nothing, felt like the stay exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed the location, the views from our room and the 6th floor restaurant. The hotel was modern, quiet, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with many great options.
