Really good location, staff are so friendly, breakfast had a great choice. Great choice of drinks at bar. Reception made lunch bags for us for our early auschwitz tour. The hotel also kindly minded our luggage on check out day. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was good and there were many different alternatives. We did use the gym and it was suitable for our purposes. Location was excellent regarding sightseeing - mostly within walking distance. No such issue.

We stayed as a couple and had a wonderful experience. We visited during the Christmas holidays, and the hotel was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the old town center. Good location.Friendly staff. Well equipped fitness room. In my first room there was problem with the door of douche cabin, it didn’t close firmly and the water was penetrated outside. But I talked to the receptionist and got another room
