A beautiful boutique hotel, about a 10-minute walk from the Market Square. The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We would definitely love to stay at this hotel again The gym was very disappointing. There was virtually no equipment—just cardio machines and a pair of dumbbells

Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. Some are quite exceptional. This hotel is one of our personal favourites and is difficult for us to criticise. I feel the menus could be perhaps, slightly more receptive to non-Polish tastes but honestly, that's a tiny criticism for the sake of providing an answer in this section! One thing we noticed this trip and it's not even the hotel's fault, was litter and graffiti. There was more of both in evidence compared to 2024 when we last visited.

Great staff more than helpful Nothing

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, great location
-
Location, spa, tranquility The hotel actually corresponds to a 4-star boutique hotel with lots of mirrors and paintings, which by no means makes it a 5 star. Despite the visible presence of sufficient staff, there is a lack of teamwork and good management that would make the hotel a 5 star. The choice and quality of food barely meets a 4 star standard. There is still a lot to improve.

It is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and wonderful staff. Breakfast was fabulous and the bar has a brilliant cocktail list. Really lovely spa too. Nothing at all.
