High quality hotel, best we've stay in whilst in Poland. Little touches were excellent, and the whole place felt like a premium venue. Breakfast lovely, clean and comfortable room, location easy to get to, restaurant nice, nothing to dislike. Nothing.

Room is big and comfortable. Nice table and chair for work. Fast and stable internet. Upon check-in, I noticed there was a coffee machine in the room, but absolutely no capsules. Worse, the compartment where the capsules and tea should be was incredibly sticky and wet, and the tea bags were completely soaked through. It looked like no one had cleaned or checked that area in ages. I contacted the reception/support, and to their credit, they brought coffee to my room and cleaned the sticky mess after I specifically asked them to. However, the real shock came the next day after the room was supposedly "cleaned" by the maid. My dirty water glasses were left untouched and unwashed. Even worse, the used towels -including both the body towels and the floor mat- were not replaced! The maid simply took the dirty, damp towels and hung them back up together. On top of that, the amenities were completely ignored again. I drink decaf coffee, but no new coffee capsules or tea bags were provided. Instead, in a bizarre move, the maid just took the coffee creamers and rearranged them into the empty slots meant for the coffee capsules. Tea was never provided at all. I really do not understand what is going on with the management here. Is the housekeeping staff secretly selling the coffee on the side, or is the hotel taking cost-cutting to a ridiculous extreme? Reusing dirty towels, ignoring dirty glasses, and failing to provide basic room amenities is simply unacceptable for a brand like Radisson RED. I cannot recommend this hotel until they seriously address their cleaning and management standards.
