The location was 25 mins from everything.

Great location. A short walk to the Krakow main train station and the city center.

Great location for those who travel by train. It takes only 7 minutes to get there from the Kraków Główny. And the price is quite affordable. The mattress was too hard, and some springs inside it were noticeable. Also, street-view rooms are quite noisy because of the vast road in front of the building

Everything was great! And The communication and service was brilliant! My Mum couldn't work out TV and someone come over and show her. There is no lift, so it was difficult to climb the stairs with a large bag.

Great location, 5 minutes from the main station and trams. Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

The location was good for public transport No A/c so had to have windows open and it’s near a main road so it was so noisy. Great having a washer but absolutely nowhere to dry clothes. Definitely lacked facilities but suppose ok if only staying a few days

The apartment was super comfortable, clean, and in great location that is close enough to the main areas of Krakow, yet still quiet and comfortable. We hired bikes, which made for an easy ride to/from the centre of Krakow. Check-in process was also very smooth and host was very responsive. The kitchen didn't have a dish/tea towel, dish drying space, or a microwave. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.

Good location, close to train station and to the downtown. The apartment was clean and nice. All instructions from the stuff on how to get into the building and apartment were clear. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, I guess it was getting inside the apartment through the ventilation system or someone from the apartment next door was smoking inside of it.

Mattress was very saggy

The room was big and clean. I had issues connecting to the internet but I got almost immediate help and the problem was solved in no time. The lady that called me was super nice and very helpful. Two minus points. Noise, from the street and other rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel every single metal spring.

Good location Old and very cheap furniture, broken. Like a studio, there was a lot of lack of things and dishes. Bed, bedding and everything else was very economical :( Very noisy street 24/7. Balcony cannot be opened because of the noise

Small but cozy apartment. 10 to 15 minutes walk from the bus or train station. From downtown approximately 20 minutes. All clean. The instructions to enter very simple and well explained. Internet very well. I would add a garbage can to the bathroom. Some neighbors can be a bit "noisy" when they fight, although the host is not responsible for that.

Proximity to the railway station and public trasport No soundproof at all inside the building and the windows facing busy street. All the sounds of the neihbour guests dont make you feel safe. The smell of tabacvo smoking was quite strong from time to time. Old and bad matrase- not comfortable to sleep at all. Heating battery in the bathroom doesnt work, it was quite chilly. The shower door doesn't function well. The battery in the room is not sufficient to heat it to the comfortable level even when at max. No pinch of salt or sugar, or a pack of tea in the kitchinette. No vibration dumpfers for the washing mashine, hence it was extra jumpy and loud when worked. The cleaning is done with extra scented detergants which is an issue for the guests prone to allergy reactions.

I liked the house inside, it was a warm room, and there was hot water and a hairdryer. I liked the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was really perfect? Also, a pros is the entry system to the rented room and, the availability of a microwave and kettle. Appreciated the clean and soft bedding. The WiFi is also essential in this accommodation. I'm also grateful for the city map, which was very helpful while walking around the centre of Krakow. I wish you responsible and honest workers, success in business and strive to be the best in the city?. That's probably the most basic thing that was frustrating?. I am very sorry? that the cleaning lady smokes? inside the rooms when she is cleaning. If guests were smoking, there would be fresh air inside the room during cleaning, from 11am to 3pm with the windows open. We arrived with my son in the evening and it was impossible to sleep in the room. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who does not smoke. It would be great if there will be more than one fork in the kitchen?. Your hospitality would be greatly appreciated if, in the winter season, guests could have hot tea after arrival☕️. I left a package of tea and honey?, but I'm not sure, that the next guests could find it there after cleaning ? ?I have a request to you: please inform your guests that your rooms are not suitable for guests with children, as there is no separate bed?
