Nice apartment, good location and great communication.

Only two things but these two things are usually two most important things: 1. The beds are terrible. There is no mattress whatsoever. Just a thin layer of foam on some old piece of furniture that is meant to be a bed. Overnight short term stay is all about beds. If you can feel your hip pressing against a bare board it is definitely not worth staying there. Please... Go buy a mattress. It doesn't need to be expensive. Just buy anything because anything will be better than what you have. 2. Heating. There is no way to increase the temperature unless you know how to operates an ancient gas boiler. There are no temperature controls anywhere. All you have got are the knobs on radiators. With all the radiators set to maximum we managed to get 19 degrees in the apartment. The temperature outside was 4 degrees. I am not sure about you but my comfortable minimum is 21. Below that I feel cold. Me and my wife had to wear socks in bed! 3. Toilet directly collides with the basin so you can't sit on it without leaning against the basin.

it was tricky to keep the room warm and with fresh air at the same time (opening a window cooled it very quickly), but that's just Krakow in the winter I guess :) overall the heater worked great

Location is amazing, not far from the city centre. Very cosy, albeit pretty small, room (perfect for a single person). Nice and thoughtful touches — there was even a vase of cut orange roses on the windowsill, which my girlfriend, who was visiting for a short time, appreciated very much. Everything was exactly as described, and the owner was super nice in our email communication. The last-minute price was also great. :) I will surely pay multiple “second” visits to the property in the future.

Lots of small details that are proof that the owner cares. Clear check-in instructions, complimentary bottled water and biscuits, shared shelf with leftovers in the fridge are all the nice things. The location is great if you need to be close to the central station. It's not on the main street so the apartment is quite quiet (depending on the other guests). The room has shelves, hangers, night lamp, curtains and even a tv... All the things that should be normally in but aren't granted everywhere else. The mattress was extremely worn out and I wouldn't come back to sleep here because of it. The linen also has its history (covered with lints) and it didn't feel nice to sleep on it. Sleeping is the main reason to book a room and I think the focus should be put there.

Great and affordable options for those who just need a place to put their things down, and a place to sleep! Staff was very helpful and flexible and even let me check in early since I was coming for a wedding and needed the room to change in. It didn’t bother me, but shared bathrooms are not for everyone so be aware of this before you book!

The location, the building, the atmosphere, the kitchen, the Campari 'complement' - love this place and hope to be back soon!
