Great location—about a pleasant 20-minute walk to the city center. The room was spacious and everything, including the bathroom, was clean. Everything was good, but I would suggest two improvements for the property: - Better pillows: The current pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked support. - Window screens: Since there is no A/C, adding a mosquito net/screen to the window would be a huge help. In the summer, the room gets very stuffy and difficult to breathe in, even with the fan provided.

It is conveniently located close to the city center The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of options The rooms are very spacious. The room did not have air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable as the outside temperature was around 39 grad C. Even with the window open we couldn't sleep. Opening the windows also meant dealing with a lot of noise from the street, especially from people returning home late at night after partying.

The location is excellent! Sandwiched between the Old Town & Kazimierz, both are completely walkable from the hostel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend -- especially as a solo traveler!

Very kind and helpful staff. The room met my expectations, and the area is very nice. The breakfast is good for the price. I especially appreciated the staff’s responsiveness and willingness to help, which is particularly important when traveling alone.

Booking.com site had "parking" available checked. There is definitely NO parking. Parking was 1 km away at 20 USD per night! Staff was uninformed about parking options and as result I received a 40 USD parking ticket while unloading luggage.

Great location with friendly staff. Rooms were basic / no frills but clean. Liked that there were lots of beds to accommodate everyone without doubling up. Nothing.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Great location. Very secure. Important things as a solo traveller. Re: Breakfast - lovely that it is included - really overcrowded in the galley area in the dining room where the food is - not enough room for such a large hotel, although a fairly good number of seats.
