Couldn’t sleep, some weird sounds/noises 24/7. Said that to staff and been told “no one else complains”. Bring your own tooth kit and slippers as not provided by hotel

Staff was very professional and helpful. Perfect location with bars and restaurants around, walking distance to Old Town. Room was clean and specious. Nice hotel bar and restaurant. Good breakfast.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very dirty walls, flimsy floor by the bed and door with gap in between the top frame and the door (on top). I was able to see the hallway...

If you are driving be warned no parking, and very difficult to find street parking as busy expensive at 6zl per hour. Search for secure parking which is nearby approx 70zl per day

Good location. Fast internet. And the ladies in the reception were great, gave me an early check in and always smiling It met the basic needs. Very small room, bed ok but not great, hot shower was ok. But for the price paid I have always found better value in the past. So keep looking if you read this review

Location was great. Breakfast we paid for locally was excellent value for money. Staff friendly. Nice and clean. Room was on top floor. Like loft conversion style room and had no blinds or curtains so we were woken very early with sunrise which isn’t what you want on your holiday.

Location If you are planning any day trips do not book through hotel you get ripped off,book direct with the place you want to visit and if transport is needed get a uber or bolt

Staff was polite. Bed comfortable Shower hose kept sliding down . Toaster not working very good for breakfast. No porridge for 3days even though advertised.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, central to all areas Out of the hotels control but a little noisy early morning with deliveries to restaurants and shops but nothing the hotel could do about that
