The location is amazing. No elevator. I had so much heavy stuff for work. If you are light weight tourists, no problem taking stairs to 2 or 3 freights up
-
Bad sound isolation.

Location is close to Jewish Quarter but almost 20 minutes walk to the Main Square. Beds weren't comfortable as one mattress was extremely shallow and the other ones were hard. No elevator was expected but the stairs are irregular with regards to the steps high. Also, some sections have sleepery steps and close to the last floor, the steps are tilted down, making it unstable going up or down. It's on a main road so noise was an issue as well.

You have to pay extra to use the AC and the single beds are pretty narrow. You may need to opt for a double bed even if you are traveling solo. My room was turned to the street so the early morning start of the trams will wake you up if you are a light sleeper.

Location was good. The room, the furniture and the facilities in general are too old for the price.

Easy check-in, good location. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. No remote control for the air condition, no shower gel and just polnish channels.

The hostel is located in a very good location in the city center. The price is agreeable and so was the room. Would stay at this property again as a solo traveler. Would you consider adding a coat hanger on the door of the room? I know there's a coat rack in the bathroom, but as it is literally next to the toilet, I didn't want to hang my coat there. This is not a complaint, only a suggestion for a minor improvement :-)

Decent location for the centre of Krakow. No blinds or curtain over the skylight or window, which meant the room was lit up very early in the morning.

Great location, warm and clean and easy to come and go throughout the day. Quite central so fair bit of traffic. Very little hot water late at night. Memory foam mattress too soft for me.

location very close to the old town, well connected with public transportation, the staff was very friendly

Good location

No space to park Motorcycle (even there is internal parking, I was not allowed) Also, window was to a very busy street, so fresh air for a small room means much noise

Good location. Rooms are small and still visible signs to work done in the room. When taking a shower, I number my elbow on the corner of the shower wall. The edge was not grinded down and was as sharp as a knife, leaving me with a 15 cm long gash on my elbow that was bleeding profusely. I managed to go to the reception and there was no one there, so I called the number given. I got in touch with the receptionist and told them what happened, who then informed me that they had left but would come back. I waited 30 minutes for them to come and they came with supplies to patch up my gash. I spoke to the manager who was unavailable to come as they were going to the airport. As I had a flight the next morning and it was already late, I could not go to the hospital, and had to go the next day once returning. I was refunded my money. In addition, the rooms are poorly sound insulated. I could distinctly hear the snoring of another guest who was a few rooms down the hall.
