The hotel is just great - inside and out. Everything is new. The SPA and gym are stunners. Staff is very friendly, we loved the breakfast as you get the Menu as well as the open buffet. Everything was delicious and fast service. There was absolutely nothing to complain about

The hotel gym is one of the best I have seen. Air conditioning constantly reduces in power throughout the night.

A very clean and well kept hotel. The spa is amazing. Staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is very rich and healthy. We stayed 4 nights and could have stayed longer. Our host at breakfast Sofi was so gentle and warm as were the other waiters. Bed mattress is very soft, can be problematic for those who have back issues

Everything. Stradom House was exceptional from start to finish. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding, and both the restaurants and bar were excellent. The spa was a real highlight, and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. Above all, the atmosphere, attention to detail and service made the whole stay feel genuinely special. Honestly, there was very little to dislike. I tried to think of something that could have been improved, but every part of the stay felt well considered and executed. From the room and facilities to the breakfast, restaurants, bar and spa, everything was consistently excellent. If anything, the only downside was having to leave!

מלון מהודר בבניין משופץ, ברמת 5 כוכבים מבחינת השירות, העיצוב והחדרים. יצוין לטובה באמבטיה מים חמים ובזרם חזק. השירות ראוי לציון במיוחד- כל בעיה או בקשה טופלו במהירות ובאדיבות. בקשתנו לחדרים שקטים (המלון פונה לרחוב הראשי ולחשמליות העוברות בו) נענתה עם הגעתנו, קיבלנו חדרים באגף שאמנם מרוחק מהקבלה ומצריך קצת יכולת ניווט, אבל שקט ונוח. בקשתנו להארכת השהות לאור טיסה מאוחרת נענתה אף היא (בתשלום נוסף). המזגן היה חלש ולדברי פקידת הקבלה לא מגיע לפחות מ20 מעלות צלזיוס. בפועל היה בחדר בין .21.5-22 מעלות באופן קבוע, שהקשה על השינה ונאלצתי לבקש מאוורר. בקשתי באישון לילה נענתה תוך חצי שעה ומרגע זה השהות בחדר היתה נוחה. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצומצמת יחסית למלון ברמה זו (ובהשוואה למלון ראדיסון בו שהינו לפני כן בזאקופנה), עם זאת יצוין השירות האדיב וכמות המלצרים. המסדרון בו היו החדרים היה מואר באור חלש.
