All staff are very kind and helpful. They helped us a lot. We really appreciate all of them. Rooms are very clean and super beautiful. We really liked all the design. Breakfast is wonderful. I really recommend to go to the restaurant in the hotel. Thank you very much for the great stay ever!

Beautifully decorated with an ambient feel we were most impressed with this hotel. It is perfectly located within the Old Town and has a fabulous restaurant. I would strongly recommend this property to people wanting to stay in Kracow.

The location was perfect and staff were very friendly. The bed was big and comfortable. We found the room to be quite small, particularly considering that we had booked a Superior Room. The shower cubicle was also very compact. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor. While we appreciate that the hotel is located in the city centre and some external noise is to be expected, we could clearly hear neighbouring guests using the shower and flushing the toilet, as well as chairs being moved in the restaurant below, which significantly affected our comfort. The breakfast was adequate, although we felt there was room for improvement.

This hotel is located in an extremely nice place. The staff are extreme polite and nice. The breakfast this is excellent. However I personly did not like the room. It was too small to cramped but extremely clean. I would not have paid the price i paid for that sort of a room. But all in all our stay was very comfortable and very nice
