Location The air conditioning did not work

Amazing location! so close to the old town and right next to the Planty garden. The staff is really polite and helpful. The AC wasn't working during the heat wave week and it made it very difficult to sleep at night. I could not keep the window open due to the traffic noise outside.

This hotel was great - great location, comfortable and clean. It sits right across from Planty Park, which encircles the old town so it's close to everything, even the Jewish district. Breakfast was good as well. I'd stay at this hotel again!

NIce location, very good breakfast, cozy patio. Very friendly staff. Air conditioning wasn't working, temperature in room was very high. Make sure You do not get a room with a park view - the noise from the street (trams) is huge. Especially when You have to open the window at night because the ac is not working. Parking proces are high, still you will find a spot close to hotel.

Beautiful property. Awesome staff, bar, breakfast! Just steps from the castle. Across the street from a park. We walked every where. We loved everything about it. Must stay there, always! A/c was out, but it was comfortable temps in room. They provided fan and bottled water. We didn’t need the fan, windows opened.

Room size was good. I liked the snacks and water provided in the lobby. Air conditioning was not cold and does not work when window is opened.

Stylish, boutique style, with a lovely seating area. Exceptionally clean, bedding super comfortable, fridge in the room. Perfect location, very central, easy to walk to attractions. Nice touch to arrive to greetings card and birthday cake. Hotel staff are friendly, speak English and respond quickly to messages, and will arrange good value trips with Krakow Direct on your behalf.

Place is nicely located and the place is clean.

Location was ideal for getting around the Old Town and seeing all the sights. It was very clean. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast (additional charge) was plentiful. There was a problem with the AC in our room and thus it became quite warm, especially for sleeping. The receptionist did enable the window to be unlocked to open wide and also provided a small fan for the room.
