Perfect location for sightseeing, great price, the staff was really nice

The location is great, walking distance to the downtown, few minutes from the old Jewish quarter, the room is spacious, very comfy bed , the amenities in the bathroom are okay, there is a safe and minibar. The breakfast was also good and good selection. Nice staff. There is a sauna and gym in the hotel but we didn't use it. the bathroom door would not close properly, the window was so high we could hardly see anything from the street, the parking was the biggest issue, we didn't know we had to book it in advance, so we came and there were no parking spaces available for that day so we had to park on the street (3 times the price comparing to the hotel parking). This info is mentioned on the booking but its somewhere down on the page, I would recommend to the hotel to be more customer oriented and send a msg to the client with this info bcs most of the people don't read all the details on the web site.

The mattress was too hard

The location was very central, the room was fresh, clean and very nice, the bed was so comfy! There was everything we needed and also the check-in was easy as there is a 24h reception and the guy that checked us in was so kind and helpful! This really made our experience even better. Would definitely suggest this as a place to stay! A short walking distance from the Wawel castle and many restaurants and cafes.

What a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Krakow! I enjoyed every moment of it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The amenities were good and everything I needed was available. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy because of people outside at night. However, this was not the hotel's fault. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Pretty much everything! The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the town Square. The rooms were wonderful, with great amenities, well-sized, and a very clean. Everything was very functional, from the shower water pressure to the television. That can't always be assumed at such a great nightly rate. One of the hosts, Paulina, was incredibly helpful multiple times. Over the top customer service.

Near the city center. Clean hotel. The staff is hospitable and always ready to help. The hotel is easy to find. The room is fully equipped and spacious, with high ceilings. Comfortable bed and very clean bed linen. Sometimes the sound insulation was not very good, and I could hear noises from the neighbors. However, it was still quite good for a short stay.

Great location. Cleaning was immaculate. Nice hotel that's pet friendly. Towel warmer was a nice touch. The room was warm in the winter. Stairs to access hotel - with heavy luggage were a bit difficult. The pet fee wasn't mentioned on site, but it's 100pln PER DAY.

Plenty of comfortable beds for our family. Great location, beautiful architecture inside and out, and just a short walk to the center of Old Town. The receptionist was friendly and spoke English very well!!

The staff was exceptional and friendly, the room was very clean and they provided water in the bottles as well as toiletries. Location is on pretty quiet street which is very close to the city center with the option for parking. Breakfast was also nice with lot of options to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!
