Dream Boutique Aparthotel

Our stay at Dream Aparthotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to messages through Booking.com. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. Location was excellent - a short walk from The Old Town and even shorter walk to Kazimierz. Highly, highly recommend for anyone visiting Krakow. Nothing to note.

It was good value for money and the location was great for us near the old town and kazimierz! AC was wonderful to have! Room was clean and stuff was friendly. Only minus in this hotel was that the sounds from the alley came pretty clearly inside the room. But we had good sleep anyway!

Generally new, modern, and nice-looking hotel. The entire property was kept ideally clean during my stay. My Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and comfortable for 2 people; it was simply but pretty designed. All the furniture in my room was in perfect condition and looked new. The room was on a high floor facing a residential street, so there was a lot of natural daylight inside. Plus, the room was quiet and peaceful; it was a pleasure to sleep with the window open. The twin beds in my room were small but very comfortable. Having a small sofa was an extra little plus, as was having a refrigerator. I appreciated the nice big closet with a section for carry-on luggage. The bathroom was large enough and nicely designed. The shower stall was spacious enough as well. The bathroom amenities were of high quality, and I loved their scent. The Wi-Fi worked very fast during my stay. Great hotel location on a nice quiet residential street very close to the heart of Krakow and all major city sights; there are restaurants, cafes, and some shops nearby. The only issue I had during my stay was the room assignment. A day before arrival, I sent a message to the hotel requesting a room (originally, I booked a Double Room) on a high floor with the largest amount of natural daylight possible. I received a reply confirming that they would keep such a room for me. However, I got the exact opposite. My room was on the 3rd floor facing the inner courtyard of the building, and it was very dark with almost no direct sunlight. I could not stay there and immediately came back to the front desk asking for another room. The lady at the front desk told me that all rooms of my original category had already been assigned, and the only room fitting my request (facing the street and on the 4th floor) was a Deluxe Twin Room available for an extra charge. The upgrade cost an additional €15 per night, which I had to accept because staying in my original dark room would have been unpleasant. Since the hotel had originally promised me a room fitting my request but did not provide it, I strongly believe the right thing to do would have been to offer the upgrade free of charge. This whole part of my experience with the hotel was very disappointing. I also find the nightly rate (€83 per night) for my original Double Room unreasonable. In my opinion, it is overpriced and should be cheaper. Plus, I am confused about the property’s concept. After personally checking two different rooms and seeing a few others while housekeeping was cleaning them, I do not understand why this business calls itself an “aparthotel.” These rooms are simply regular hotel rooms and definitely do not have apartment-style facilities. I strongly believe this business should not confuse customers with that description and should position itself simply as a regular hotel.

Breakfast buffet could have been a bit better as well as the available seating some days.

All was quite fine except the door into the room. The staff was helpful and sent someone to mend it but failed. The door into the room (403) had two problems: 1. It passed all sounds through it, so voices and closing of doors to other rooms were easily heard. 2. It rattled with a big noice when someone closed a door anywhere in the house. It voke me up.

Good location close to the plenty which circles the Old Town The hotel was advertised as having a bar but on our arrival we discovered it was closed as they do not have a license. We were very disappointed as we feel we were misled as to the facilities available when booking this hotel.

This was a last-minute room pick and boy was I surprised!!! I got a top floor room with the cutest little skylight windows, and when I opened them, I had a view of Wawel Castle!!!! I felt like I was in a treehouse! The room was perfect and so clean. The bathroom was amazing and was the best shower I had in Europe! Excellent location five minutes walk two the castle and maybe seven or eight minutes walk to old town. It’s on the most charming old quiet street, but near everything!

Shower holder was almost broken, there was some leak from the shower head.

Clean, comfortable, and well ubicado

The gave us a room in which the entrance was through a balcony. As there was heavy snow in the days we were in Poland, all the time we entered the room, we carried snow with us inside the bedroom. Other than that, it was everything fine.

Breakfast was excellent with numerous choices of different kinds of food including vegan options. Breakfast hours were convenient. Location was great with equal distance of a few minutes walk to Krakow Old Town and Kazimierz Jewish district.

Comfortable location. Nice breakfast with enough variety. Room was large. Everything was clean. We were able to find street parking (but during certain times of the day it can be challenging). Despite booking a room with a sofa bed for our child, it was not prepared on arrival (we let the front desk know and they immediately brought up sheets, but it would have been nice for us to receive the room fully prepared). Fridge in room doesn’t really work (but I asked the front desk if they could store a bag in the fridge and they were very accommodating and immediately put it in the kitchen fridge for us). You need to ring in order to enter the main door. We had a few occasions where it took a while for anyone to open for us (as well as others that were waiting).

New renovated building, made of high quality materials. Cozy, warm and well designed rooms. Really great boutique hotel. The location is good but not in the old city, it’s about 10 min walk, in winter time at zero temperatures it’s could be uncomfortable.
