The hotel is lovely, amazing jacuzzi at the top which is a sun trap, the restaurant is exceptional, the location was perfect, the team were so friendly. Even on our last day we were checking out at 5am so they offered to make us a packed lunch, it was lovely and way better than we expected. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely recommend to friends and family. I will be back!!!! Nothing

We booked The Loft because it looked stylish and the rooms seemed spacious — and it exceeded our expectations on both counts. The rooms are genuinely beautiful and thoughtfully put together. As a designer, I could see the care behind every decision: the overall look, the lighting, and all the small details that most people feel rather than notice. Even though we booked a standard category, the room felt generous — a little seating corner with armchairs, plenty of space for our bags, and a large TV you can connect to your phone. Then there are the lovely extras: complimentary drinks, robes and slippers — the last two especially welcome for the rooftop jacuzzi. One evening we came back from walking around the city and spent a wonderfully relaxed hour up there. Breakfast was excellent, with everything you could want. If we come back to Krakov, we'll come back to The Loft.

Everything, one small minus you can’t open the window The ac didn’t work - when you set it up to 18 degrees it gives 32 degrees heat not ideal

We were extremely happy with our stay and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent – literally less than a 5-minute walk from the main train station, while the Old Town and Kraków’s main attractions are also within easy walking distance. The hotel is modern, very clean and well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped. We especially appreciated the complimentary drinks in the minibar, the coffee and the bottle of Prosecco – lovely little touches that made the stay feel even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good and offered plenty of choice, and the rooftop jacuzzi with views over the city was a fantastic bonus after a long day of sightseeing. We also really appreciated the attention to detail. At the end of our stay, we received a discount voucher for a future visit, which was another very pleasant surprise. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, service and thoughtful extras. It is one of those places you would genuinely be happy to return to. Highly recommended!

Great Breckfast , Great staff. Fantastic Location . Really good Wifi in the rooms. The hotel is situated halfway between the Old Town & the Jewish Quarter perfect for exploring both. Grzegórzki Train Station Is directly behind the Hotel exactly 22mins direct to the hotel from the Airport .Cost 20zt approx €4.65 definitely the best way to get to this hotel. This is just nit picking . The roof top Jacuzzi could do with a toilet area and a shower. but as i said this is a small thing . The hotel is fantastic.

Friendly and accommodating staff—the were very helpful booking attraction tickets and transfers during our stay! Comfortable and modern hotel and only a short walk to old town. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby.
