We liked everything, friendly staff-especially in restaurant We had to pay for parking,what wasn't a problem-just we didn't know in advance. And a bit noisy neighbour's in room next door,but luckily not for long

Breakfast was great, good assortment of food and drinks. 1. Room was next to the Elevator. Whole time someone uses lift You hear sounds. 2. Room management touch panel wont work properly, so I was unable to lower speed of ventilation and room was noisy.

The jacuzzi was broken and it was not indicated that it was not working Excellent location and high level of cleanliness

Everything was good . It is a very nice place , very comfortable beds and a wide range of food during breakfast. Turned out that the swimming pool was out of order for some time. The hotel offers free transport to alternative location. I guess a client should be informed before on booking side not during check in.

The cleanliness of the room, the sauna and the steam bath were very hot, most of the personnel was kind, there were a lot of vegetables and fruits in the morning, plenty of good coffee. The capacity of the spa seemed not adequate for a 6 floor hotel, sometimes could seem overcrowded even if only 6-8 persons entered, there were not enough chairs, almost every day in the afternoon some trainers gave swimming lessons for kids, so that the pool was difficult to be used. Breakfast was a bit poor.

the beds were comfy, location was good, parking was very convenient the cocktails left a lot to be desired. my friend's espresso martini was undrinkable.

Mostly everyone had a robe for the spa zone except us. It was no robes in our room. Window’s view is a little depressive and you need to walk about 20-30 minutes to the Old Town

Nice location and quiet. The breakfast was good and the onsite restaurant was very good. The rooms have a power shut off switch. We had left the power on for a medication cooler. The room service person who was only supposed to bring towels removed our key, inserted her’s and didn’t put ours back in when she left. Luckily it appears the medication was not ruined but it was close. Management was very clearly made aware. They provided some nice gifts as a way of saying sorry. I’m not sure how to train staff to be aware of such things but they need to do something.

Nice hotel, nothing fancy but everything is well prepared, pretty modern. The location is perfect for travellers, close to main culture places or max 15 min walk. Breakfast is amazing, I wasn't expecting that variety of food. Also spa was clean and cozy, even though not big Nothing, all great

The property itself was very pleasant The floor in the bathroom was extremely slippery and on coming out of the shower my wife slipped and hurt herself quite seriously. When this was explained to a staff member, there seemed to be a lack of understanding and care.
