The hotel was generally clean and the stay was acceptable overall. The rooms were tidy, and the staff’s attitude was reasonable and respectful, although the service was not exceptional. In general, the cleanliness and the basic level of service were good enough for a comfortable stay. there were several issues that affected my experience. We were not given connecting rooms even though I was travelling with children, the oldest being only 10 years old. I had also informed the hotel that it was my wedding anniversary and was promised that something would be arranged, but nothing was provided. In addition, there was no bottled water in the rooms, and I had to leave the room and go near the elevator to refill water using a small jug. The most disappointing point was the parking: the hotel charged me 160 PLN per day, although entering through the parking gate directly appeared to cost 120 PLN per day. This difference was frustrating and made the parking arrangement feel unfair.

The location was very good. Breakfast was nice. When you go to a 5-star hotel sometime it's nice to have something like a tooth brush or shaving kit at reach in your room. Not to have a small note instead offering you them in case you need them through calling the reception. Some people do not like to reach the reception and I think you have already been charged for this stuff. All in all, it was good but not significantly different from a 4-star hotel.

The location is perfect. On the outskirts of the old town and also walking distance from the Jewish quarter. Good size room. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom On one occasion we got a towel with a bit of dirt on it. It was replaced on request.
