TRIBE Krakow Old Town

The light blue color of the room’s walls was not really to my personal taste. The room's refrigerator appeared to stop working whenever all the lights were switched off, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was tasty, but it could be improved in terms of variety. The plates were very small, and you had to refill them a second or even a third time to have a satisfying breakfast.

The staff was VERY nice and everything appeared to be really new. The bathrooms were a good size, even though the rooms were a little bit tight but clean and comfy The immediately surrounding neighborhood is pretty trashy looking…. It was kind of offputting. im from nyc and it reminded me of some of our yuck neighborhoods. The view from our room was a dirty back alley with tons of poorly done graffiti ….i also didn’t like how loud the hotel was at all times…. There’s music blasting through the hallways 24 hours a day, and it’s a little bit overstimulating. Additionally, we got food from their attached restaurant, and without being offensive it was pretty awful….. I’m not a picky eater, but that food was disgusting. we threw it away after a few bites and went out for something else. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Everyting was great! A wonderful hotel, only 1 year old. Very clean, and the room cleaning is of a very high standard. The most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. The bathroom is great, and so is the lighting. The only thing I missed was a disposable vanity/amenity kit in the bathroom — cotton pads, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a razor. They offer a rich and varied breakfast served until 12 PM, and there is a cozy cocktail bar with great drinks. The lobby is very well-organized, featuring a large TV and plenty of seating—it was particularly enjoyable to watch the World Cup matches there while sipping a cocktail. There is also a beautiful garden with seating and designated areas for both smokers and non-smokers. The location is central—just a 5-minute walk to the main square, and only 2 minutes from the shopping mall and the train station. It's honestly difficult to find anything negative to say. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and offered exceptional value for the quality, location, and amenities provided.

The wifi was very bad, there was no soap in the shower and the AC made a noice like a siren. I wake up in the middle of the night thinking that there was a fire alarm.

Amazing hotel, one of the best i've ever stayed in! We ended up booking last minute because our train got cancelled and after a very stressful day this hotel made it better by a lot!

Honestly everything. Staff, vibe, cleanliness, comfort, location, nice toiletries. slippers, robe, nespresso and unlimited filtered water available in the room. The entrance and reception are a little tight, so it sometimes was tricky to maneuver the area with large luggage etc.

Very comfy bed and location were great.

The staff members are friendly, the room is clean, the soap and shampoo have a pleasant fragrance, and the food is delicious. Almost nothing; it's worth the price.

Location was excellent, clean newly opened the reception staff excellent and helpful. The young lady in the breakfast coffee area need training how to welcome the tourists
