I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic—only about a 15-minute walk from the main train station and just a few minutes from the Old Town Square. It’s easy to find, very accessible, and surprisingly quiet. One of the best parts of my stay was the room. I was lucky to be given a room on the 6th floor with an incredible view of the rooftops, Wawel Castle, and the beautiful church spires. I looked forward to having my morning coffee and unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the view. It was simply amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for me as a solo traveler. The carpeted floor made it feel even cozier. With breakfast included at such a reasonable price, this hotel offers amazing value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków! None, all was well for the price.

Very decent hotel offering good value for money, conveniently located close to the center of the old town. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool throughout my stay. The TV had a high-definition display, but it was not a smart TV. The bathroom, while clean, did not quite meet the standards one would typically expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety and flavor. It is suitable for guests who are in a hurry and just need a quick meal before heading out, but those looking for a more enjoyable breakfast experience may be disappointed.

Nice stuff. We got no bonuses for our wedding celebration - not even a small bottle of wine. No parking was available since it's only 2 slots available for the whole hotel. I paid extra money for my overnight parking, 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Just a normal hotel for non-normal payment.

The location was excellent. We got there by train and it was a 15 minute walk to get to the hotel. There are streetcars if you want to ride them. We walked to dinner.

The staff was great! Very helpful and gave great recommendations. I accidentally broke a bottle and they came right up, cleaned up the mess and mopped. Thank you! The location is about an 8 minute walk to tha main square, 20 minutes to Wawel Castle. The pickup for Auschwitz was a 6 minute walk. So pretty darn good location. There was a good selection of food for breakfast: beans, scrambled eggs, sausage, tomatoes with mozzarella cheese, fruit, yogurt, lots more. The bath/shower worked but it was a little awkward.

The staff were friendly, and the facility was close to old town and the major train station. We enjoyed that we were given water bottles every day as well! The room was also very clean and it was a good value. The beds were quite uncomfortable and in general most of the chairs were also incredibly hard. Additionally there were some outages with the elevator.

I stayed at Hotel H12 and it was spotlessly clean throughout. The breakfast was really good with plenty of tasty options, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown Krakow, just steps from the Main Market Square and surrounded by some of the best terraces, restaurants, and bars for easy evenings out. Had to clean up snow and ice off of the floor with a towel and was then charged for the towel. Maybe provide a rug or black towel in the middle of winter.

Excellent stay at H12 Hotel Kraków. Perfect location in the heart of the old town, close to everything. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Great value for money — highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located in a peaceful area just a short walk from the main square, where many attractions are within easy reach. The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and comfortable, with adjustable heating that kept me warm, just perfect for someone like me who’s always cold! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the thoughtful little Christmas surprise in my room, and the fresh apple at checkout. I’ll definitely be back!
