We loved the location - within the old city: minutes from the Main Square and within walking distance to Wawel Castle. Tram and bus stops were minutes away and a short walk to the main train station. Friendly staff and a good breakfast to start the day. Bathroom had a great shower. Only drawback was that our room faced the street and there was a nearby bar. Pretty noisy throughout the night. Next time I would request a room not facing the street.

The breakfast was wonderful. So many choices beautifully prepared and very tasty. I looked forward to each breakfast. Great location near the train station as well as Old Town. The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing.

Great central location with easy access to the Old Town and other key areas, yet tucked away on a quieter side street—perfect for exploring during the day and relaxing at night. The breakfast was great and when I needed to out really early in the morning they made me a bagged breakfast, I simply requested this when I was checking in. No real complaints.

Location and staff were excellent. Terrible wifi and dated interior. A/C was loud and struggled to keep room cool. No irons in the room. One iron for the entire hotel that you had to get at the front desk.

We had the “apartment” room and it was phenomenal. It had a large sitting area, 1.5 baths, heated floors in the bathroom and super comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was amazing! Nothing
