Fantastic location for Old Town. Quiet area but would recommend a white noise machine / headphones for the trams passing from about 5.30am. Lovely staff, and we forget breakfast was included so was a really nice bonus. Room was really small so we were tripping over each other and our stuff. No shampoo and conditioner.

The location was great. We had stayed here a week before. This was a staging place for the airport. The room was extremely small. We could barely open our suitcases. The elevators, as in our previous stay, we weird. One still had to go up or down step (10?) to get to the room

The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. The room walls was very thin so you can hear people from the other rooms and noise from the hall.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance of Kraków's main attractions. The reception team was outstanding, especially Ella Bielecka, who gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning. It was also very quiet, allowing us to sleep peacefully, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. The only minor issue was that although the bathroom itself was spacious, the shower area was a bit small. However, this did not take away from what was otherwise an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Location. Parking. Well kept. Elevator stops between the floors, so you have to go up or down half a floor with the luggage. A 14 m2 room is small and design is not optimal. Entrance door, AC, bathroom door and luggage rack dont work together. It would have been smart to install a sliding door for the bathroom. Shower space very tight.

Second time staying there. Great staff, comfortable rooms, wonderful location, very tasty restaurant dishes: breakfast as well as dinner.

Location was good to access Old Town area. Breakfast was good. Room was small but comfortable. Bar was tiny and grumpy man for bartender. Not a welcoming environment. Dining room was large; however, when going there for dinner we were there only ones there and staff was nowhere to be found for 10+ minutes. When he did appear, he wasn't welcoming- seemed like he'd rather be elsewhere. We gave our complete drink and food order as he would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. Think he had to walk down the hall to the tiny bar for cocktails. Once food arrived, it was very good. Service was lacking for dinner.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional compared to other European hotels. Room was very small.

Location was ideal not directly in the town square, but close enough to walk, breakfast 1st morning we had to be up at 03:45 to be picked up at 04:20. 2nd & 3rd day went down to breakfast at 08:30 no tables were available so ended up going out for breakfast. on the first night the plug function was not working, we reported this to reception then went out for the day, expecting it to be fixed, reported it the next day that it had not been repaired. it was fixed this time, but you had to really push hard on the plug for it to seal, so I think the mechanism needs looking into, my room was 410.
