The location. The barking not available.

Desk staff was highly knowledgeable of the local area and quite honest and candid about prioritizing tourism sites on a condensed timeline. Very phenomenal dining recommendations especially in local cuisine vs. international options. The hotel was very nice and very reasonably priced - I feel like the restaurant menu is a class above the hotel - a little too fancy and complex in my opinion.

Check out was by 12 noon and our cards stopped working at 11:45.

Very comfortable bed with plenty of room and a nice sized bathroom. Air conditioning was effective and our deluxe room had a lovely view from the large balcony. Small issues with bathroom supplies but no major problems during our four night stay.
-
Its location across from Jewish quarter and near entrance to Old Town. Also the reception staff were very helpful.

All was good. Great stuff and good breakfast I would upgrade the shower heads
-
Loved the location. Great restaurant and hotel staff. I was sorry the spa was not available as the one person that does spa treatments was sick. I felt like having a back up person would have been a good idea.

Helpful staff, great breakfast

Location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. The shower is small and not very convenient (it was very had to find right water temperature. Or it was too cold or too hot. There is a spa but as it’s small hotel then you need to book in advance.

Very good location 15 minutes from the old city and 5 minutes from the Jewish quarter. Nice rooms, Good breakfast and nice staff. the hotel is locates on a major street with trams passing every couple of minutes. The acoustic isolation is poor and you get a noisy room. The hotel knows this issue as they put ear blockers in the room...

Excellent breakfast, staff helpful with arranging logistics, close to both Old Town and Jewish Quarter All was excellent.

Fantastic hotel with a great location! We stayed four nights in deluxe double room with balcony (room number 202), with windows facing towards a beautiful park. The room was very quiet and clean, and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The hotel staff was polite, friendly and helpful, and we booked many tours through them (for example tours to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka salt mine). The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had! From the hotel it was a short walk (10 min) to the main square and also to Jewish quarters (7 min walk), which contains lots of great bars and restaurants. A small shop is located almost next to the hotel, and we went there often to buy water and snacks. We will definitely come back!

Well located, lovely rooms and great staff

Breakfast was excellent and the service was kind. The hotel is next to a busy street and the traffic noise was disturbing. The bathroom door did not close.
