Excellent value for money. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, making the start of the day truly enjoyable.

Easy access by car Horrible experience! Not only this place is overpriced, but it's rooms were worn out, doors and walls dented, furniture broken etc. Beds were awful, you could feel springs through the matress. But for the best ever sleeping experience, wedding party in the same building, with drunken "go fuck off" expressing men and helpless hotel staff made it to our "top experience". It is not a hotel, but party/event facility, that tries to make money out of tourists, who are not aware of that fact. Choose some other place at Krakow!

I liked the staff - the receptionist was very helpful. the room was on the 1st floor, not ventilated, full of small flies, had to get them all out. There are traces of such captures left on the walls from a long time ago. The smell of stagnant water in the bathroom. I really did not expect that for such a price, we would get such a limited option. We paid 120 EUR/day.

Good breakfast, kindhearted and friendly workers, delicious beer Rest room was every time spilled water, because shower have no borders

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Coffee was instant but even if you wanted a cup there were no new cups brought out. Good luck finding a seat to have breakfast people were standing just to eat!
