Clean and comfortable rooms. Shampoo and other hygiene products were provided. Good breakfast. There was a slight unpleasant odor coming from the shower, but it was bearable.

Room was good size, clean and stay overall was pleasant. Paid Parking despite staying in the hotel you have to pay for the parking.

I booked a room without breakfast included. I didn't know if i would need it. Actually, noone on reception didn't even ask if i changed my mind. Ok, whatever. But stuff could be a little more professional

Did not like the coffee machines. Very outdated.

Size of the room was great. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast buffet was truly amazing and filling for a full day of activity. Location for our purpose was good except for availability of restaurants around. Water dispenser is a life saver. Staff were very nice. Carpet needs upgrading. I wish there were cabinets or shelves. Having a good refrigerator would be better. The air-condition in our room was weak.

Nothing I didn’t like, but you should consider updating the photos of your gym because it’s a very nice amenity and it’s out of date photos.

Check in and out was quick, rooms and hotel was clean. Bice location

The hotel is very modern and the room spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. The staff, at the reception, breakfast, cleaning lady everyone was very polite and nice. The tram was very near 3 min walk from the hotel. Can’t find anything that I didn’t like.

The breakfest was amazing. Beds are super comfy. Wonderful shower pressure. Stuff is super friendly. Shower cabin leaked a little. I was expecting free parking but maybe I just was naive.

Breakfast was best. Reception staffs not conducive.

The location was very good for us, very quiet area, 25 minutes away from city center by tram. The room big, we didn’t have breakfast so I can’t tell anything about it. The receptionists were very kind, check in and check out was very easy. The check out was 12:00 but we requested for late check out for about one hour and the lady in the reception kindly accepted it

The location is not perfect. If you travel without a car it's a little far from the city.

I liked the facilities. It was a value for money stay The staff was constantly over our head to collect our plates whenever we were dining in. I can understand that this is a hotel policy but it is annoying.

It's a bit far from the city, 30-40 min by tram. I said to myself before booking the place i'm only gonna be at the hotel just to sleep and shower but it wasn't better than just a swift walk to the city
