Clean, beautiful hotel, great location next to train station and 5 min walk to Divine Mercy. There is a gym and saunas Bed is a bit soft. Our bed is just 1 foot away from the bathroom door

Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy early in the morning due to passing trains; however, earplugs are thoughtfully provided as part of the room amenities.

Not many Restaurants in area ,Hotel restaurant was booked by private team,Room service didn’t answer calls,I was forced to eat outside

Great, helpful and informative staff. Design is nice too. Beds are VERY SMALL (yes, the ones clearly meant for 2 people). I think they are about 140 cm wide — that is absolutely not anywhere near enough for two adults, except maybe if they are petite women. That is a major comfort problem. Another thing which might be a huge issue for a lot of people is that there is a busy RAILWAY right by the windows and it gets really LOUD. Not a problem for me personally because I’m a deep sleeper but it could be heard even through heavy duty earplugs I always carry with me. It is also clearly heard on the side NOT facing the railway, but much quieter.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The breakfast was delicious! The best we have ever had. The beds were super comfortable and loved the duvet covers. The rooms were very quiet and the staff-Michael, Gaby, and Alex were so kind, and helpful with planning trips. The rooms were spacious and contrary to other reviews, we did not hear any sounds of the train even though it was facing our window, which was actually quite convenient. The hotel is very modern and bathroom amenities were quite nice. We loved the fresh flowers in the dinning room. The staff gave us a lot of attention with a personal touch and we are coming back in a few days!!! Absolutely nothing!

Excellent Every thing was excellent

Lovely welcoming staff and our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty hot and cold options. Hotel is in a very convenient location with both the tram and railway just outside, ideal for day excursions or heading into Kraków old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend :)

shower drain needs deep cleaning - unpleasant smell coming out of it

Very helpful stuff, nice & clean, good restaurant

No general stores or groceries like Zabka nearby

Only had one breakfast that was excellent. Great selection of meats. Nothing made to order, but a lot of selection. Wish we'd had a 2nd day. Maybe next time. First room had ants everywhere - so we moved. Second room was too small - so we moved. Third room was facing the railroad tracks, but I liked that. Because shifting from the second to third room was technically a downgrade (whatever), we had to fight like people possessed to get the Nespresso moved to room 3.

Unfortunately, I was given a very small room, which was different from what I had originally booked. When I brought this up, I was told, “We know, but we apologize — no other rooms are available.” However, in reality, there were vacant rooms. This was unexpected and unprofessional.

Hotel has a peaceful, quiet location (to some extent!, there is a railway close but it did not bother me, didn't even hear it). The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better. Plus, the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. Here's the kicker: parking is a nightmare. Street parking is basically non-existent, and the hotel's own parking is over €10 a night. So, if you booked a "cheap" room, just know that parking costs will probably eat up any savings you thought you were getting. That much for parking is a bit wild.

It is not close to the downtown, but I traveled for work, so selected close to the office. One more thing to note, it is close to train-line, in case if you are sensitive to it. I was sleeping with open windows and train sound does not bring me inconvenience.

The property is easily accessible by tram and in a non-touristy neighborhood a short distance away from the popular attractions in Krakow. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. It has a small but super enjoyable gym and hospitable hotel staff.
